Super Mario Sunshine
1
In Episode 7 of Sirena Beach, if the player defeats Shadow Mario on the staircase inside of the Hotel Delfino, the Shine Sprite will become bugged, and when grabbed Mario will clip into the stairs. You are still able to exit the level through the menu, but your progress will be lost in the level.

Muppet RaceMania
1
For unknown reasons, Muppet RaceMania save files will always appear as corrupted data on a PlayStation 2, even when they aren't.
Boku no Natsuyasumi
2
Opening Boku's Diary from the menu of a completed save file and continuing to the next day via a glitched button prompt will cause the game to continue past its end point and into August 32nd.

This date has no associated data in the files, but the game continues from one non-existent day to the next without crashing, instead inciting a series of glitches that affect where the player can go, the legibility of text onscreen, and what textures are applied to the character models.

Attachment In the 1.0 version of the game's Chinese release, the POW Blocks are listed with "]0[" on them instead of "POW". This would later be changed in the 1.0.1 update.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl
1
In the final update of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, Patrick's command grabs gained a glitch that made them unable to penetrate through shields, negating their primary purpose. When asked about fixing Patrick's grabs after the launch of the game's sequel, gameplay and character designer Thaddeus Crews responded "I would if I could".

Sonic 3D Blast
1
If one punches or shakes a Sega Genesis while Sonic 3D Blast is playing, they will access the level select screen. This was not an intentional Easter egg, but rather the result of a loophole made to speed up Sega's tedious quality assurance pipeline by having the level select appear as a failsafe when the game crashes, meaning that Sega testers would simply believe they had unlocked a secret - this trick had previously been used in the development of Mickey Mania: The Timeless Adventures of Mickey Mouse.
Baseball
3
In the generic NES Baseball game, there is a glitch where fielders temporarily disappear. This is addressed in the game's manual as simply "Not a malfunction" without further context.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom
1
Inside the files of SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom, you can find a video from Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights, an earlier game by the same studio, Heavy Iron. It is unknown if this is a leftover from building Bikini Bottom off of 100 Frights' engine, or a cross-promotion that was veto'd by either Warner Bros. or Nickelodeon.

What some may find more interesting, however, is a now-deleted YouTube upload of the unused cutscene colloquially known as the "Cursed YouTube Video" which was based on a corrupted video file and as such featured disorientating, lagging sound; an inaccurate timer for video length; visuals that cut out; and a buffer that would begin at an exact point and continually play regardless of the viewer's internet speed.

Super Mario Bros.

Super Mario Bros. / Duck Hunt / World Class Track Meet has unused graphics from Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels, which can be activated by a Game Genie code, allowing one to play SMB1 levels with The Lost Levels graphics, albeit with some glitched tiles in different parts of the game.
Beatmania IIDX 2nd style
2
The song "SOFT LANDING ON THE BODY" features a section in which the BPM doubles from 159 to 318 for seemingly no reason. According to composer Kiyotaka Sugimoto, this was due to an engine bug created by the song going to a 7/8 time signature, and the glitch was kept in when the game released. In honor of this mistake, any sudden large BPM changes or gimmicks have earned the nickname "Soflan" by BEMANI fans (a portmanteau of "Soft" and "Landing"). The "Soflan" moniker became canon to the series when beatmaniaIIDX 27 Heroic Verse included it as part of its Notes Radar parameters, signifying the quantity of BPM changes and their severity.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2

As of the current updated version of the game, a walkway overlooking a pier found in the southwest portion of the Financial District region contains a spot that does not have collision detection. This spot makes players fall under the world's map where they can unofficially travel under New York City. By carefully traveling northward towards Greenwich, players will come across leftover assets for an underground structure with pipes that can be web swing towards. Entering this structure and climbing up will reveal a Spoiler: leftover unused Kraven trophy room featuring a throne and the mounted heads of Rhino, Vulture, Electro, & Shocker. This Spoiler:trophy room probably would have coincided with the game's story that Spoiler: Kraven The Hunter kills Scorpion on screen, while Vulture, Electro, & Shocker are killed off screen.

Knuckles' Chaotix
1
Attachment Dr. Starline the Platypus from the IDW Sonic the Hedgehog comic series is inspired by a glitch character from Knuckles' Chaotix - a silver, red and charcoal Knuckles recolor, known by fans as "Wechnia", but by the game itself as "**********", seemingly based on unused data for Tails. Starline's color scheme is taken directly from Wechnia, his name is a literal take on the name "**********", (or "star-line") the black streak in his fur resembles the red streaks all over Wechnia's fur, and the choice of a platypus seems to be inspired by how certain Wechnia sprites would make the bottom of his muzzle yellow and loosely resemble shading for the underside of a flat bill, alongside platypi being Australian like echidnas.

Super Smash Bros. Melee
0
Despite being a boss character, Master Hand is considered worse than any regular character in competitive play when unlocked through the Name Entry glitch. This is due to his high power and unconventional win conditions being nullified by his lack of defense options, slow attack and non-existent movement speed, and - in the case of doubles - his inability to attack the member of the opposing team with a lower port number.

Due to Master Hand being an undesirable character to play as, he is rarely explicitly mentioned as being banned in Melee tournament rulesets. However, he will usually be banned at a TO's discretion in the rare occasion he pops up, due to his win conditions stretching matches out extremely long and his matches always ending with the game crashing.

It's possible to glitch the visual filter that appears when your player character dies so that it persists in normal gameplay. If you are on foot, you will always load into the game facing north, so to perform this glitch, you need to be facing a wall to the north. While facing it, take out an RPG, save your game, then load back into the game while attempting to fire it. You should die from the explosion as the game loads back in, and you will respawn with the death visual filter, which will remain on-screen until you die again.
Asterix and the Magic Cauldron
1
The Commodore 64 version of Asterix and the Magic Cauldron cannot be completed by normal means due to a bug that hides a piece of the magic cauldron behind a building. If you use the code "POKE 18014,14:POKE18015,152" you can finish the game and see the ending text:

By Touatis [sic] you have done it

In the Ardok the Barbarian version of the game, the name Toutatis is replaced with Odin.
