Bart Simpson and Godzilla were planned to be playable in NBA Jam, but were scrapped. There exists a video from NBA Jam's development showing reference footage of Bart and Godzilla action figures being filmed against a blue screen, as well as color palletes in the game's code labeled "B" and "G", which have yellow and green scales respectively.
