Tomodachi Life
1
The description for the R.O.B. treasure in the North American version of the game lists it as an "official Smash Brawler", referencing R.O.B.'s role as a fighter in the Super Smash Bros. series starting with Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle
1
The character Pannacotta Fugo is able to evolve his stand Purple Haze into Purple Haze Distortion by entering resolve mode or by using a Great Heat Attack. This is notable as Purple Haze Distortion actually made its debut in the light novel spin-off Purple Haze Feedback which was not written by series creator Hirohiko Araki and is thus considered non-canonical.

subdirectory_arrow_right Chipper & Sons Lumber Co. (Game)
1
The secret boss Chipper's Revenge is a direct reference to Scott Cawthon's previous game, Chipper & Sons Lumber Co.. His post-battle dialogue even has him lamenting about how his world was "lush and beautiful, full of strange and colorful creatures", only to fall into obscurity due to players wanting to be scared and feel dread, suggesting that he's jealous of Freddy's success. His normal self, Mr. Chipper, would later be added to the game as a playable character in the Version 2 update.

Chrome Dino
2
The Google Chrome dinosaur game is coded to conclude after playing for 17 million years straight, the same amount of time between the dinosaurs' evolution and extinction. This is, quite obviously, not realistically possible for any player.
Annalynn
2
As of version 1.3, after inputting a secret code on the Practice Mode select screen, "Mike%" is activated, which adds a timer to the game which stops once Mike is defeated. This is presumably a nod to the Mike% speedrunning category found on the game's page on Speedrun.com.

If this code is active while playing the game's final level, Mike is found sleeping in the corner of the boss room.

Pac-Man
2
Attachment The board for Pac-Man contains a DIP switch titled "Alternate Ghost Names", which in the Japanese release contained early English names for the ghosts:

• Urchin "Macky" (Shadow "Blinky")
• Romp "Micky" (Speedy "Pinky")
• Stylist "Mucky" (Bashful "Inky")
• Crybaby "Mocky" (Pokey "Clyde")

In the US release, these names were dummied out and replaced with strings of the first 8 letters of the Latin alphabet.
The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog
2
The game's Steam page has a section titled "Canon or headcanon?", which reads as follows:

"You know what they say: everything is canon*.

*This is not a Sonic Team title, but we strongly believe in the power of headcanon!"

This is a reference to an infamous tweet made by the Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter account in response to a tweet from the Puyo Puyo Twitter account showing off art made to commemorate Sonic's inclusion in Puyo Puyo Tetris 2, where the Sonic Twitter account claimed that "Everything is canon".

Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II
3
Attachment An NPC appearing in Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II is potentially a reference to American domestic terrorist Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber. It should be noted that while his character portrait and overworld sprite look similar to Kaczynski, it is used for several different NPC characters in the game, so it's unknown if he was originally intended to physically resemble the real-life Unabomber. However, like the Unabomber this character is also named Ted, he moved to a cabin in the woods, and believes society is too reliant on industrial technology, even complimenting Vegeta on "blowing up" a neighbor's generator after he failed to destroy it himself. His dialogue is the following:

Ted: "I moved out here because society is too reliant on Capsule technology. Civilization is falling apart, and we've all filled our pockets with capsules, SUV's and capsule cappuccino machines. It is unnatural. It was very peaceful here - until that Vinnie guy moved in. He makes me sick! Listen to that music he is always playing:

"Feel the danger around you!
The black darkness surrounds you!"
"What are you going to do?
The eyes of the lion!"

I can't stand that corporate pop music Vinnie is always playing: [same lyrics as above]

[After destroying Vinnie's generator]: You blew up his generator? I like your style! I would have done it myself, but I couldn't figure out his security code."

Fortnite
2
Attachment When the Street Fighter skin set was released for Fortnite, a back bling of an arcade machine was released that would show attract mode footage from Street Fighter II. Coinciding with this, a texture was found in the data, under the name "FrenchFry" showing animation from Family Guy in a similar format. While many believed this confirmed that Peter Griffin was planned to be featured in the game alongside a back bling that would show Family Guy clips, it was later stated by a reputable Fortnite leaker named FNBRUnreleased that the Family Guy content could've only been added for one of two reasons: to annoy dataminers, or to internally test the Street Fighter graphics in a humorous way.

Griffin would eventually be added to Fortnite in Chapter 5. To coincide with his addition, a video titled "Peter Griffin Seeks Fitness Advice From Meowscles" was released: animated in the same style as "Family Guy", it features Griffin getting a fitness exam from Fortnite character Meowscles, ending with him drinking an expired bottle of Slurp Juice in order to become "swole", explaining his design in the game. The expiration date on the Slurp Juice is a reference to the date when the leak originally happened, and the trailer also used the leaked back bling. Despite appearing to be animated by Family Guy's animation department, the video noticeably does not feature any spoken dialogue, or voice acting by Family Guy creator and Griffin's voice actor Seth MacFarlane.

Ultimate Custom Night
1
Attachment Putting Old Man Consequences on AI level 1 and pressing play would require the player to wait for the game to load and then wait for Old Man Consequences to show up to catch his fish. That would make a secret that was initially only seen in FNaF World appear, putting the player in a red world with Old Man Consequences sitting by a pond. Old Man Consequences would go on to say:

"Come and sit with me a while. [...] Leave the demon to his demons. Rest your own soul. There is nothing else."

The player would then proceed to submerge themselves in the red pond, which would cause the game to crash.
Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach
2
Attachment In February 2019, a rumor spurred by YouTuber Shane Dawson and his experience at a local Chuck E. Cheese circulated in which he theorized that they recycled pizza from previous orders due to several pies having noticeably mismatched crusts and wrong or oddly-placed toppings. Steel Wool made reference to this incident in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach in a message bag that can be found in one of the Superstar Daycare's side birthday rooms, saying:

"The pizza we ordered was weird. Some pieces were different sizes or didn't fit together. One slice even had different toppings. Did you recycle the old pizza from the trash? I am never coming back here unless I am given some sort of major discount." -Angry Mom

Attachment After entering the First Forge, if the player drops down into the first large chamber, they will come across a crashed minecart spilling out bananas, a few broken barrels also spilling bananas, and in one of the barrels a red cap with an elongated bill. These are all references to the Donkey Kong Country series, with bananas being the main collectible item, the minecart referring to minecart-themed levels that show up throughout the series, and the red cap referring to the iconic hat of Donkey Kong's faithful sidekick, Diddy Kong.

Gauntlet Dark Legacy
1
In the game, the player can acquire an item known as "Pojo's Egg". This item will temporarily transform the player into "Pojo" the Fighting Chicken for the duration of the item. The player can also permanently transform into Pojo by naming themselves "EGG911" when creating their character.

Pojo is a character from the 1997 arcade fighting game "Mace: The Dark Age" developed by Atari, who Gauntlet Dark Legacy developer/publisher Midway also published to the Nintendo 64 for home console release.

Zero: Tsukihami no Kamen
1
Attachment When pausing and then unpausing the game (- button), there is a rare chance that you will trigger a creepy pale face/mask to appear for a brief second. A mask that vaguely bears a resemblance to the one on the title artwork. The first three Project Zero (Fatal Frame) games were known for their idle scares, where you would trigger a creepy effect (i.e bloody hands or a static screen), after leaving the game idle for 5-10 minutes. This Easter egg however triggers at complete random, and you can thus go a whole regular playthrough and not encounter it once.
Ghost of Tsushima
1
Attachment Located behind the Speak No Evil monkey statue on the island of Saruiwa, the player can find a painting of a hand with an image of a Pagoda in the palm. This is a reference to a symbol/graffiti of a hand that's found in inFAMOUS: Second Son as well as the cover of that game's collector's edition.

Attachment On the southwestern island of Saruiwa of Iki Island, if the player follows a certain path up on the way to the monkey shrine, they can find a small painting on a rock wall of a two-headed bird in the shape of a star. This is a reference to the graphic on the back of Delsin Rowes jacket and the symbol for the Karma system used in InFAMOUS Second Son.
