Final Fantasy XIII-2
1
Attachment During a cutscene where 'The Chaos' attempts to grab Lightning, there is a hidden message among the yellow lines as she disappears. The message says "Pray for Japan" which was not known because it was written in a different script (Etro Script, a 3rd type of language used in Final Fantasy XIII). This is most likely a reference to the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake in Japan.

Attachment The letter Spoiler:old Elizabeth gives to young Elizabeth says:

"I am a code. I should probably be changed over for something much more official in the future. But I'll do as a stand-in for now I suppose."

The developers likely forgot to change it.
The cipher used for the letter can be seen early in the game in one of Elizabeth's many rooms.

Attachment During Minion's loading screen, instead of words, he will speak in numbers. When translated, Spoiler: he hints that the entire game may be in Needles Kane's (Sweet Tooth's) head.

• 1. I do not think this is real.
• 2. I must speak in code or he will discover me.
• 3. We are trapped in his head.
• 4. This is how he sees the world, how Sweet Tooth sees his life, it is not real.
• 5. All of us are trapped in his head.
• 6. I miss the old colorful world.
• 7. We will return to old world one day.
• 8. In the real world my name is Marcus Kane.

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within

Everything that the Dahaka says is really just the voice actor reversed. What he is really saying is:
• All who have come before you have fallen.
• No one escapes the Dahaka.
• Your end is near.
• You will be removed.
• Disrupt the timeline no further.
• Come to me. Come to your death.
• You are quick, Mortal. Quick to die.
• You can not escape your fate.
• It ends for you the same as all who seek to change their fate.
• A good fight and this outcome was inevitable.
• It was a mistake for you to even try.
• You will never be rid of me.
BioShock Infinite
1
The whispers you hear when using the Possession Vigor is dialogue from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet being played in reverse.

A longer version with some extra lines can be found by extracting the audio from the PC version of Bioshock Infinite's game files. Part of this is used when you get the Vigor. The rest can be heard being whispered to victims of Possession during combat.

During seemingly music-less stretches of the game, an extremely slowed-down song is played in the background. When sped up, what seem to be voices can be heard in the song.
Mortal Kombat: Deception
1
Many of the people in the Netherrealm and the Chaosrealm sound like they're talking gibberish, but are actually speaking backwards. In fact, the actual spoken quote for each person does not match what is being said. Examples of what some of these characters are saying include (but not limited to):

"There are many realms,"

"I am talking backwards - spooky, isn't it?"

"Parents of the world, there is no satanic messages hidden within the backward speech of Mortal Kombat."

"John Vogel is a genius."

John Vogel is a Mortal Kombat developer.

The PDA contains messages from the id Software staff, thanking the player for playing through to the end of the game.
Banjo-Kazooie

When you collect a Mumbo Token, a sound effect of Mumbo saying "Ikkum Bokum" plays. This phrase (and most of Mumbo's speech aside from "Oominaka" and a few other sound effects) are all made up of randomly-arranged soundbites. When these soundbites are arranged in the correct order, they say "Come and have a go, if you think you're hard enough."

Super Mario Sunshine

Attachment In the beginning of the game, when FLUDD is scanning Mario, there are videos playing in the bottom-left corner of the screen. These videos are Mario fighting Bowser in "Super Mario Bros", Iggy Koopa in "Super Mario World", and Bowser again in "Super Mario 64." In the opposite corner is a list of backwards names which represent past Mario games. Looking closely reveals that both Super Mario Kart and Mario Kart 64 were written with the word KIRT instead of KART.
