The Game Boy Camera had several images of Pokemon, and released almost 4 months earlier than Pokemon Red and Blue in North America, making the Game Boy Camera North America's Pokemon debut.

Attachment In the Japanese version, there's a print icon that looks like a syringe. The image was replaced with a "Game Boy Printer" icon in the International version due to possible drug references.

Selecting "Run" from the menu will bring up one of three drawn on faces, bearing the caption "Who are you running from?" Nobody knows why.

These faces are also shown without the caption when the system encounters an error such as attempting to print without having the printer connected.

Attachment Pressing B during the credits will reveal a clip of Shigeru Miyamoto dancing. It's hard to tell from the quality of the image, but it's generally accepted that it's him.
