The characters Berkut and Fernand have unused voice clips and text strings for use as playable characters, lacking only a set of base conversations which most playable characters possess.

While Fernand is playable in The Rise of the Deliverance DLC maps, Berkut is never made playable at any point.

There are a series of unused map models which are textured to look like Fire Emblem Gaiden maps. Some of these maps have the world "test" in their file name, so they were liekly never intended to be used in the final product.
