During the segment of the game when playing as Ashley, it is possible to open a door into a Zealot to stun them and then perform Leon's suplex move on them. This glitch is only present in the GameCube version of the game, and was edited out in all other versions.

Attachment If a Spider is spawned in the Nether, there is a very rare chance that it will spawn with a Wither Skeleton riding it. This behavior normally goes unused, because Spiders don't spawn in the Nether.
Franchise: Star Fox
1
Star Fox was originally a 3D tech demo converted into a rail shooter. Fox's concept and the idea of flying through rings came from Shigeru Miyamoto visiting a shrine of Inari (a Japanese deity associated with foxes and also believed to fly) that is located right outside of Kyoto, Japan.

A ROM was ripped from a demo kiosk version of the game, and was found to have three demo levels in it. They were the Army Dillo level, the Mine Cart level, and the Dogadon fight. Certain beta elements were in the ROM such as the silver balloon counter, Army Dillo's speech, and Dogadon's beta spit noise.

The fighter Noob Saibot is actually the re-incarnated wraith of Bi-Han (Sub-Zero) from the first Mortal Kombat game, who was killed by Scorpion. The fighter with the name Sub-Zero in later games is actually Bi-Han's younger brother, Kuai Liang.

In the Stage Select screen, the symbol representing the stage of the game of origin appears briefly before an outline of the level is generated where the name of the stage is displayed. Although Final Destination has the traditional Smash symbol, being an original level, Battlefield strangely displays a shattered circle. The reason why is unknown.

Entering the room that contains the Golden Torizo in Ridley's Lair while holding down the face buttons on the controller will trigger a secret debug code. There is a catch, however: once you let go of the fire button, the game will freeze due to two of the beams being incompatible, but being forcibly enabled by the code. As such, you can enter this room while in Morph Ball mode to avoid freezing the game or just be lucky on how you let go of the fire button.

This will reset your inventory to 700 Energy, 300 Reserve Energy, 100 Missiles, 20 Super Missiles, 20 Power Bombs, all beams equipped (remember to disable at least one of the bottom two), and all items except Screw Attack, which is obtained after fighting the Golden Torizo.

Viewtiful Joe

In the GameCube version, taking out a bomb but not kicking it away will result in Joe whistling the beginning of the Super Mario Bros. theme. Jumping and performing the same action results in Joe whistling another part of the song. For copyright reasons, this does not happen in any other version of the game.
Super Smash Bros. Melee

The Ice Climbers' Target Test Room only has Popo (or Nana depending on the color) and instead of the Target Test music, it plays the Ice Climber music. This could reference the game Ice Climber, as Popo climbs to the top alone (unless there's two players), along with breakable blocks and scrolling clouds. The condor appears holding the last target which is referencing how an Ice Climber needs to grab onto the condor at the end of a bonus stage (which Target Test also is). The targets could also reference the vegetables in Ice Climber that the player needs to collect for points.
Jetpack Joyride

There are several references to memes and other mobile games in the descriptions of some items found in the shop. For example, there is a head that can be purchased for 9,001 in-game coins called 'Powered Up hair', with the description saying "We are not really sure what the power level of this hair is. It's probably a lot." This, and the price of the hair, is a reference to the famous "It's over 9,000!" Dragon Ball Z meme.
