The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
1
Attachment Inside Ghorak Manor in Caldera there is a non-aggressive Scamp named Creeper. He happens to be one of the two merchants in the game who will buy items off the player for full price (the other being the Mudcrab Merchant). He also has 5,000 gold to barter with. This, combined with his convenient location (compared to the Mudcrab Merchant), makes him an ideal vendor for players looking to offload loot. While he has less gold to trade with, he buys more types of goods than the Mudcrab Merchant, and will also purchase skooma off the player (though not moon sugar).

Creeper is actually based on a friend of designer Mark Nelson who was an unemployed drummer during some part of Morrowind's development. Despite being a lesser Daedra in a house full of Orcs, Creeper usually states he wants nothing more than to play his Guarskin Drum (which he can actually be found amongst his wares). When greeted, Creeper will also sometimes say "Don't want to work. Just want to bang on my drum." This is a reference to the song "Bang The Drum All Day" by Todd Rundgren.
The Amazing Spider-Man
1
Attachment Stan Lee, creator of Spider-Man, makes a voice cameo in the game. He voices the character Stan, who is said to be popular for his "amazing story telling", "original works of fictions" and "numerous appearances in Hollywood productions". Stan's appearance is also based on Stan Lee.

Attachment Waiting at the briefing screen for the 1st Terran training mission for about 3 minutes after the text ends will trigger a recipe for Chinese Lemon Chicken to scroll on the screen.
Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus
1
If Abe saves all the Mudokons, a screen congratulating Abe will appear after the game's ending. This screen also quotes, "And don't even worry about your long lost Mudokon mother. Yet.... You'll know all about it when you meet Munch." This ties Abe's Exoddus into Munch's Oddysee, though the plot with Abe's Mother did not make it into the final version.
Sonic Lost World

There are gossip stones throughout the Zelda zone included in the Legend of Zelda DLC pack. They respond to the player's actions similarly to how they did in Ocarnia of Time, such as producing a fairy that will heal the player, or blasting off like a rocket if blown up with a bomb.
Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil
1
During the track titled "Ruins of Sorrow" certain parts are distorted tracks from Klonoa: Door to Phantomile's OST.
Franchise: Guilty Gear
1
Out of every character presently in the arcade version of Guilty Gear Xrd, Ky Kiske is the only character that retains his leitmotif from a previous game, "Holy Orders III", from Guilty Gear 2: Overture. It overrides the game's music in battle if Ky's ponytail is undone at any time during the match.
Watch Dogs
1
Attachment T-Bone is shown to own both Assassin's Creed II and Far Cry 3, two other Ubisoft titles.
Watch Dogs
1
One of the camera feeds that the player can hack into shows a father watching his son play a video game. The father is mocking how the assassin in the game talks to the people he kills. This is a reference to the Assassin's Creed series (also developed by Ubisoft), in which the protagonists talk to the people they kill before they die.
Mario Bros.
1
The music that plays when the player begins Phase 1 is Mozart's "Eine kleine Nachtmusik", which is also featured in Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Super Smash Bros. Melee
1
The Rest Area Music in Allstar Mode is a remake of The Great Cave Offensive's Save Area Music from Kirby Super Star.

Allstar Mode itself may be based on Kirby Superstar's Arena Mode, as both have the player fighting a number of random enemies, finishing off with a consistent final opponent. Both modes feature a lobby between fights that displays which opponent the player will fight next, and a limited stock of healing items that do not replenish between fights.
Metal Gear Solid
1
Attachment The battle with Psycho Mantis includes a pre-fight "demonstration" of Mantis' psychic abilities, in which Mantis will read the player's memory card. If the player has save data from one of several Konami PlayStation games on their memory card, Mantis will reference that game by name. The games that trigger this dialogue are Suikoden, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Vandal Hearts and Azure Dreams.

In the Japanese release, both Policenauts and Snatcher are also recognized. Having save data from both of these games will trigger a message from Hideo Kojima, thanking the player for their continued support, but since both of those games were only released in Japan, this message cannot be heard normally in international versions of the game.

Attachment One of the random names for the people at the border checkpoint is Arin Hansonov, a reference to animator and co-host of the webseries Game Grumps, Arin Hanson.
Wolfenstein: The New Order
1
In the resistance hideout, there is a bed next to a wall with Wolfenstein 3D artwork on it. If the player interacts with the bed, they will enter a "Nightmare", which is a remake of the first level of Wolfenstein 3D.
Portal 2
1
Attachment In an earlier version of the co-op plot, GLaDOS sends Atlas and P-Body out to find "artifacts" of the long-dead Aperture workers (coffee cups and such) to make them more human. Unused audio files from this period of development can still be found within the games files, revealing that in one of the rooms a comic strip is found, presumably Garfield from how it is described.
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes
1
In the side op Intel Operative Rescue, the player has to help an agent get into the helicopter. In the end cutscene, he is revealed as the creator of the Metal Gear series, Hideo Kojima. After the mission, he'll be in the helicopter in the main menu and waiting a while on the mission select screen will make him spin the list of missions.
Q.U.B.E.

Attachment At the beginning of sector 6, bypassing the puzzle by moving along a narrow ledge will lead the player to a hidden set of stairs. Down these stairs is a room containing a picture of the developers on a block.
Super Smash Bros. Melee
1
The music in Fountain Of Dreams is an orchestral remix of the Gourmet Race theme from Kirby Super Star. This remix was used in Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land during the battle against King Dedede, and has since been recognized as the fountain's theme. Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land was most likely in development during the creation of Super Smash Bros. Melee, and so the fountain's music was added as a teaser for the upcoming GBA game.
Kirby & the Amazing Mirror
1
Attachment Master Hand and Crazy Hand from the Super Smash Bros. series both make an appearance in this game as one of the main bosses, with Master Hand also appearing as a mini-boss throughout the overworld. Both attack similarly to their Super Smash Bros. counterparts.

Defeating the Master Hand mini-boss also allows the player to inhale Master Hand, giving the player the "Smash" ability, where Kirby can use all of his Super Smash Bros. moves.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Attachment The armbands of the game's Dragonplate Armor read "Jonahlobe" in the dragon language. Jonah Lobe is a character artist at Bethesda.
