Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back

If you skip the crystal at the end of a stage, Cortex will be annoyed and demand you re-enter the stage and retrieve it. If you skip it again, Cortex will be upset and remind you what the crystal looks like and have you go back. Should you skip it again, Cortex will be furious and remind you one more time to get the crystal. If skipped a fourth time, Cortex will reset the process of obtaining the crystals all over again.

His last name was dropped from the final version to avoid potential legal problems with the animated series Biker Mice from Mars, which had a character named Throttle. Ben is referred to as "Ben Whatsisname" in the manual, but his full name can be seen in concept art.
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

The good ending can only be achieved if you turn into Hyde on the final stage and beat the only boss in the game. After beating the boss, you take control of Jekyll again and the stage will be completely free of enemies and obstacles.
