Luigi's Mansion
1
Attachment There's an unused model of Mario in the game's data. Mario is stretched to Luigi's proportions and is equipped with the back straps for the Poltergust 3000. The geometry of the model is simpler than Mario's final in-game model, containing fewer polygons. Although its true purpose is unknown, it could've been from an unused multiplayer mechanic requiring both Mario and Luigi. The model was stretched out, presumably to fit Luigi's skeleton so that Luigi's animations could be used on the model. The model also uses Luigi's gloves, presumably to make his animations handling the Poltergust 3000 more accurate.
Super Mario Sunshine
1
Attachment There are multiple eerie images in unused pollution maps.
Silent Hill 4: The Room
2
Attachment This is one of the few Silent Hill games to not include a UFO ending. A Channeling Stone can be found in the game's data, suggesting that a UFO ending was planned but was later dropped.

There are several test levels left in the game's ROM. In one of them, Iggy Koopa is actually the boss, but due to him having no coding, he dies as soon as you enter his screen.

Sonic the Hedgehog
1
There is an unused multicolored gem in the game's data called the Rainbow Gem. This gem would have let the character "go super" at any time they wanted. If it is hacked back into the game, the character would go through the Super transformations animations, but would be unable to turn into the Super mode.
Super Princess Peach
1
Attachment The Koopalings were originally going to be a part of the game, but were removed for unknown reasons. Sprites for of all seven of them have been found, with Roy's shell being miscolored as green instead of pink.
Banjo-Kazooie
1
Attachment There's an unused firefly sprite which appears similar to the Beehive's Bee sprite which even uses the same wings. It's possible this was intended to be used for the world Mad Monster Mansion, the only level set during night.
Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time
1
Attachment There is an unused Whomp character in the game's data. He has several animations, but doesn't appear anywhere in the game.
EarthBound
1
Attachment An unused sprite of Mr. Everdred as a ghost is present in the game's ROM. It is assumed that either he was going to be a party member at one point during development (when one of the party members faints, they will appear as a ghost) or Spoiler:when Mr. Everdred was beaten near Jackie's Cafe in Fourside, a ghost would have flown out of his body. Its true purpose has never been confirmed.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
1
The mission "Saint Mark's Bistro" has CJ temporarily return to Liberty City in order to carry out a hit for Salvatore. Although the player cannot see much of it, a large part of Portland, Liberty City has been modelled, although not much of it is solid.

One can use cheat devices (or mods on the PC version) to reach Liberty City and have a look around, although having a jetpack is recommended.
Metroid
1
Samus was originally planned to have unique sprites and animations for whether she was facing left or right. These sprites are still stored within the game's ROM. This animation idea would eventually be seen in Super Metroid.

Attachment In arcade game's code are a number of slot machine icons, possibly intended for use in a bonus round that was never made.
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City
1
Attachment In the PC version of the game, there are a number of unfinished textures and loading screens from Star Wars: Battlefront 3. It was rumored that Slant Six Games was developing Battlefront 3 before it was ultimately cancelled.
Dragon Spirit: The New Legend
1
Attachment In the Japanese version of Dragon Spirit: The New Legend, if the player presses "select" 20 times during the good ending in which Iris is on top of the dragon's head, they will be able to lift her skirt up.

The code was removed from the international release, but the upskirt sprite graphic still remains inside the ROM.
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
1
Attachment In Deep Space, Pleakley from the Lilo and Stitch film was originally going to be present. He was removed for unknown reasons, but a character model can still be found in the game's code.

1
Attachment By using a Pro Action Replay, you can play an incomplete version of the level Web Woods.

By using Gameshark codes, you can activate cutscenes that were originally going to be in the game. One is an early version of the prologue cutscene which takes place at sunset rather than night and three other cutscenes that take place in the Temple of Time, in which each cutscene focuses on each Spiritual Stone.
