Pitting the Wrexham AFC against either the Liverpool or Stockport football clubs will trigger hidden commentary between actors Ryan Reynolds and Robb McElhenney, who in November 2020, bought the Wrexham football club for £2m ($2.5M) due to British comedian and writer Humphrey Ker explaining to the BBC how his lunch habits led to McElhenney having an interest in the sport:

"I'm laying claim to the fact (Rob's) interest in football derives from several years of teasing me for watching football during our lunch breaks at work. Until eventually, just by pure osmosis, I got him interested in the game to the degree that he decides to buy a football team. Where with a lot of people the journey would have ended with he and I exchanging text messages and me saying 'Ha ha, sounds great, I'd always said I'd do that if I won the lottery, but then within a month's time we had Ryan on board, we had found a football brokerage team in New York and we were in the process of trying to find a football club."

In the PSP version of the game, players can talk to an NPC at Club Escapade at night simply called "Man Drinking Alone". If you talk to him, he'll tell you about a dream where people die if they don't wake up before they reach the bottom. If you talk to him enough times, he'll turn around to reveal himself to be Vincent from Catherine.

Attachment The Rapid GO Groceries store is a reference to the Quick Stop Groceries store from the 1994 film Clerks, along with the sign from the same store in the movie.
Punch Club

Attachment When the player's character leaves their house for the first time, they will get assaulted by two thugs. One of them says "I need your clothes, your boots, and your motorcycle!". This is a reference to the 1991 film Terminator 2, where the eponymous Terminator tells that to one of the biker gang menbers.

In the King's Mausoleum, there is a very dark room you can go to that has several stone faces hanging from the ceiling, and a stone pedestal in the center of the room that can be set on fire to brighten it (to better hear this Easter egg, you should not light it, and turn off the music). If you stand in front of the pedestal, several distorted voices can be heard throughout the room. Reversing them reveals that they are actually voice clips of the Radio Operators from the English dub of Armored Core 2: Another Age.

In the Seraphic Gate, there is an optional boss fight with Spoiler:Brahms featuring a fourth-wall breaking message from an unknown developer on the game before the fight when talking to him:

"...While this game was being developed, I gleefully told another person on the team that once this game was finished, I was going to join another company that had made me an offer. I could tell my words stung him deeply in his heart.

The reason I am here today is to show my gratitude and regret to that good man.

Forget everything. Try and fight me! Yessss!!"
Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete
1
Attachment The game's first PlayStation release came bundled with a bonus disc containing "Making of Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete", a 30 minute documentary on the development and localization of the game. At any time the documentary is playing, pressing Up/Down/Left/Right/Triangle/Start will trigger a secret minigame produced by Timon Marmex Trzepacz from the game's North American publisher Working Designs. The game, titled "Lords of Lunar: Silver Star Story", is a clone of the 1980 Atari arcade game Warlords that can be played with up to 8 players through two PlayStation Multitaps.
Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike

Attachment There's a sprite of popular anime character Doraemon hidden in the background of Gill's stage. To actually see the sprite in-game, first the player has to perform a glitch to get Alex and Chun-Li onto Gill's stage. Right after that they have to do several glitches including one involving Alex and Chun-Li's throws to get the latter at an unnaturally high point. If Chun-Li stomps on Alex she will fly up into the air and the background will eventually loop vertically, revealing the Doraemon sprite.
Doom Eternal

Attachment In Cultist Base, the third level of the game, you can find three Dopefish from the Commander Keen series. The first is hanging from a rope, the second is stuck in a cracked ice wall, and the third is on a hidden cave, placed on an altar in a little shrine.

If you go into your Poke Finder and take a picture of a large body of water, there's a chance you'll get a comment that says: "7.8/10 Too Much Water." This is very likely a slam at IGN's review of Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire for criticizing the later half of that game for having to use water-based HMs like Surf a lot.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
1
Attachment In the Blood and Wine expansion, you cannot access Mount Gorgon in Toussaint by normal means. However, there is a small grassy field on the summit of the mountain that can be accessed using mods. If you teleport Geralt there, you can find a blank canvas with a red blotch on it sitting in-between two columns. Using Witcher Sense to view the canvas will reveal a completed painting: a group picture of the game's developers at CDProjekt Red.

At the port where the Queen Fury is docked in Fueno, if you walk to the front of the screen where the crates in the foreground are and press X, Dart will break the fourth wall and wave to the player.

Attachment On the Santa Cruz stage, if you travel out-of-bounds behind a wall near the Amusement Park/Arcade area, you can find a hidden picture of a distorted red face.

Attachment On the main menu, if you drag the galaxy and spin it around long enough, four pictures of the game's developers will fly out of the galaxy. However, if you do this while pressing Ctrl+Shift, even more developer pictures will appear.
Fable

If the player enters the following names starting with the word "Krunk" as their profile name, hidden messages will appear:

Krunk: "You heard about the time I killed me a couple of Heroes?"
Krunkl: [same message as above]
Krunki: "My hands are red with the blood of thousands."
Krunko: "You know I once burned down a whole village?"
Krunkn: "I once killed a White Balverine, I did. It's true."

Note that the last letter in each variation of "Krunk" spells "lion", in reference to Lionhead Studios.
Doom Eternal
1
Attachment In the initial release of "The Ancient Gods - Part One" DLC on October 20, 2020, pressing the dedicated Chainsaw button four times while on the Runes tab of the Dossier would bring up an altered logo for the game reading "Doog Eternal". This is a reference to Inugami Korone, a Japanese virtual YouTuber who livestreamed Doom 64 and Doom (2016) in the past. She enjoyed using the Chainsaw weapon and she was nicknamed by her community as "Doog Slayer" (a play on the fact that her model is a humanoid dog).

Three days later, the Easter egg was removed from the game in the Version 3.1 update. The patch notes acknowledged the discovery, but the reason why it was removed remains unknown:

"The DOOG easter egg has been removed, but will live on in infamy… We were wondering how long it would take for someone to notice, and as always, we're impressed with the community's speed!"
Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Attachment On the back of K.K. Slider's guitar are two stickers labeled "PASS," depicting doodles of Brewster and Dr. Shrunk. Though difficult to see due to their small size and the fact that the back of the guitar is only visible when listening to a requested song from K.K., the stickers reference locations where he performed in prior games: the Roost (where Brewster works) in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk, and Club LOL (where Dr. Shrunk works) in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

If you listen closely to the music being played in the Divine Beasts, you can make out Morse code for "S.O.S." This is very likely a distress call the Champions made when they were attacked by the Ganon Blights 100 years prior to the start of the game.

By holding the Select button (Back or Tab on PC versions) during the loading screens, any masks or glasses the characters wear will be removed during a match.
Alien: Isolation

There are a few references to the original movie.
1. Scattered around the Torrens and Sevastopol station are drinking birds. The first one found is in the hypersleep chamber.
2. During Mission 2 in the baggage claim area, players can hear the faint sound of meowing before it abruptly stops as they approach the primary airlock. This is a possible reference to the cat Jonesy from the first movie.
3. Another reference is found when players discover the deceased Alistair Smythe who has a rolled-up magazine shoved down his throat. Spoiler:This is how Ash tried to kill Ellen Ripley.
