Metroid Dread

At the end of the game, it's revealed that the primary antagonist Raven Beak Spoiler:was impersonating Adam Malkovich, Samus' late commanding officer and the AI of her Gunship, just after her first encounter with him on ZDR. However, those familiar with the character in past entries in the Metroid series could catch onto this earlier in the game, as normally the real Adam often refers to Samus as "Lady". The opening cutscene just before the two arrive on ZDR features the only two times Adam refers to her as Lady throughout the entire game, as all other encounters with "Adam" on ZDR's Network Stations feature him referring to her by name, foreshadowing Raven Beak's manipulation.

According to Capcom USA's Product Manager Scott Smith, the reason why Gouki's name was changed to Akuma for the international release of Super Street Fighter II Turbo is because Capcom USA felt there were too many characters whose name had the letter G. Scott Smith, who was tasked with coming up with a new name, chose the name 'Akuma' based on a news story from Japan where people were trying to name their child after the devil but the government wouldn't let them. Mr. Smith looked up devil in Japanese and found the name Akuma.

Attachment There are two Battle Stages that are hidden in the game. Both of these stages use the third Battle Theme, a track that can only be heard through normal play in Battle Stage 4. The official method of accessing these stages is to plug in a Hudson Super Joy Card controller, turn on the turbo-fire feature, and hold X for several seconds. On the other hand, both stages can be accessed using Pro Action Replay codes.

Version 1.2 of the game added secret alternate phases to three boss fights, two of which being ideas that were originally scrapped before the game's release:
•Botanic Panic!: Spoiler:By not attacking Ollie Bulb the onion, he will retreat back into the ground and skip to Chauncey Chantenay the carrot's phase featuring an additional mini-boss, a spinning radish named Horace Radiche who despite being completed before the game was released, originally went unused.
•Pyramid Peril: Spoiler:If the player shrinks into the mini-plane form just before the fourth phase of the fight, Djimmi the Great will scan the player and pull up a marionette featuring a dinosaur, a miniature version of Dr. Kahl's Robot and a stone statue, before tugging a longer string and pulling up a smaller version of Cuppet. This skips the fourth phase and goes directly into a harder version of the final phase where the smaller Cuppet will act as a turret firing at the player counter-clockwise to the spinning Eye of Providence pyramids.
•Dramatic Fanfare: Spoiler:By parrying off of the pink star projectiles, the player can land onto two hanging cherub props that control the chandelier in the background of the first phase. Standing on one will gradually lower it until a dinging sound is heard and the chandelier becomes slanted. Doing the same to the other cherub will cause the first phase to abruptly end and trigger an alternate storyline to the fight that was originally unfinished by the time the game was released. After both cherubs are lowered, Sally Stageplay's newlywed husband is crushed by the chandelier. Instead of changing the scenery to Sally's home, the second phase of the fight takes place at St. Timothy's Nunnery, implying that Sally became a nun. In place of Sally's husband worrying in the bushes for her is the Priest that oversaw their marriage, and a Nun takes the place of Sally's children to throw rulers at the player. In the third phase, a god form of Sally's husband accompanies Sally's goddess form and attacks by summoning a cherub, portrayed by Sally's son from the normal second phase of the fight, to push a spinning cardboard fireball towards the player. The fourth phase of the fight is unchanged from the normal path, but with the Nun appearing in the background in place of Sally's husband and children when on Expert mode.

One boss fight in "The Delicious Last Course" DLC also features a secret phase:

•Doggone Dogfight: Spoiler:During the second phase with the circling jetpack puppies, their jetpacks will produce white exhaust fumes when they have plenty of health, with the more damage taken turning it into gray exhaust to indicate that they have low health. If all four jetpacks are spewing gray exhaust at the same time with none of them having been defeated, the Dog Chinook will appear and eat them before grabbing the plane as if it were the normal third phase. However, the puppies and the Chinook pilot will appear in portholes on its paw pads instead of the laser satellites, where they throw regular and pink Pineapple Mint grenades that explode into shrapnel when they are hit. The Chinook pilot also appears and calls for the vessel to shoot homing fire hydrant missiles.

Colonel Flounder and Mrs. Sunshine's eyelids are loaded as separate models rather than as a part of their bodies, most likely to help with blinking animations. It's possible to see what they look like without their eyelids in Create Mode by placing a Sackbot wearing either character's costume in front of any material and then hiding the Sackbot. While the Sackbot will appear transparent, its eyelids completely disappear.

Doubutsu no Mori e+

Dōbutsu no Mori e+ is the only version of the original Animal Crossing to not be packaged with a promotional memory card (even the N64 Dōbutsu no Mori included a themed Controller Pak). This is because the game's extra content expands the maximum file size to 72 blocks: 57 for town data, 5 for saved letters at the post office, 5 for saved patterns at Able Sisters, 1 for NES save data, and 4 for travel data. While GameCube memory cards were officially available in larger 251-block and 1019-block sizes, all first-party cards bundled with games were manufactured exclusively in the minimum 59-block size.

Pressing the Action/Attack Button and one of the Switch Character buttons on the same frame simultaneously will cause the Flying-type character's controls and animations to glitch out. When this happens, the player will unnaturally accrue 1/3 of their Team Blast meter, meaning that doing the glitch three times will completely fill up the meter, allowing the player to use Team Blast far more frequently than usual.

In numerous levels there are Gongs that Power-type characters must attack in order for their respective team to progress. However, if the player has full Team Blast meter at these Gongs then they can softlock the level or story mode with a glitch. To do this, after using a Power-type attack on the Gong the player must then rapidly switch to the Flying-type character when just getting off the ground, then the player must immediately use their Team Blast. If done right, then the characters will be stuck in an extremely glitched Flying Formation in a black void with no way of getting out, forcing the player to quit the level or turn off the game.

If the player uses an "Infinite Rings" cheat or hack then selects the Casino Park stage in Team Chaotix's story mode, the opening cutscene of Casino Park and the "level finish" cutscene will play at the same time and cause the animations to overlap into a glitchy mess. This is due to the mission of Casino Park being to collect 200 rings, a task that the hack accomplishes upon the level's immediate start-up.

Although the Maximum damage a character can accrue during a single stock is 999% normally, due to a glitch, the lava in both the Super Mario Maker stage and a Stage Builder stage can make the damage cap exceed the 999% amount. In order for a player to achieve this they must play in a certain layout of Super Mario Maker or a built stage that features lava under impenetrable platforms so the character that is trapped by the lava continually gains damage. If the trapped character is at 999% and the damage increases, it actually is exceeding the cap despite the display appearing to cap at 999%. However, this amount of damage can be seen if the opposing player uses an incredibly weak move (i.e. Mario's Fireball) on the trapped character, which would have higher knockback than usual and possibly OHKO, or if the damaged character is grabbed, as the grab duration (something that's determined by the grabbed character's damage) will last longer than it would at 999%. However, using a certain move that will not OHKO the damaged character, like Mario's Cape, will reset the invisible damage and the character's knockback and grab duration will go back to 999%.
