Between 23,837 to 30k players were banned from the game for using the software TMcheats to cheat in the game. John Smedley, the developer's president, asked people to upload a public apology video onto YouTube and apologize for cheating in order to get unbanned.

Out of the amount of players which got banned, only 3 people had their bans lifted.
