Attachment It is possible to obtain Carlos as a homie once more after he has died, albeit in zombie form. After beating the Brotherhood mission "Red Asphalt", you can then unlock him by calling "Eye for an Eye", a business ran by Afro-Caribbean black magic performers who specialize in voodoo.

Carlos was originally put out of his misery by the Protagonist, after being found chained up and dragged along the road at high speed by a member of the Brotherhood. The Protagonist's gunshot wound is still seen in the head of the model for Zombie Carlos.

Super Mario Sunshine
1
Attachment In the beginning of the game, when FLUDD is scanning Mario, there are videos playing in the bottom-left corner of the screen. These videos are Mario fighting Bowser in "Super Mario Bros", Iggy Koopa in "Super Mario World", and Bowser again in "Super Mario 64." In the opposite corner is a list of backwards names which represent past Mario games. Looking closely reveals that both Super Mario Kart and Mario Kart 64 were written with the word KIRT instead of KART.
Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels
1
Attachment A special edition of Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, entitled "All Night Nippon Super Mario Bros." was released only in Japan. It featured almost identical gameplay to that game and lifted level designs from Super Mario Bros., but instead replaced the enemies with Japanese celebrities. It was based on the popular Japanese radio program, "All Night Nippon", and was given away as a raffle prize from the program itself.
EarthBound

The "Casey Bat" is the reward for beating Master Puke. This bat is a reference to the old poem "Casey at the Bat" and, as can be expected based on the poem, is very strong but almost never successfully hits enemies.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
1
Attachment The Dragonborn DLC contains a reference to Morrowind in which a Wizard casts a spell attempting to fly but winds up ultimately falling to his death.
Luigi's Mansion

Before going into the training room, a menu will appear giving the player different controller options. After waiting for a couple of minutes, the music track will change to a funky beat, 19 notes will play, and the original music will then return. These 19 notes are actually Totaka's Song, a song that is hidden in almost every game composer Kazumi Totaka has worked on.
Bayonetta
1
Attachment One of Rodin's many lines upon entering the shop is, "No matter how much you ask, I'm not puttin' a chainsaw on your arm." This is most likely a reference to Jack Cayman from Madworld and Anarchy Reigns. All games were developed by Platinum Games.

Despite Route 10 being removed from the game, its unique track can still be heard through legitimate means. Visiting Icirrus City during Winter and speaking to the NPC who claims to be the sound designer (located in the ex-Rocket Grunt's house) will change the background music to Route 10's theme.

During the "Bring Your Daughter to Work Day" science-fair, you will find a giant potato that is growing to the ceiling. If you look around the potato, you will find that it was made by Chell and she used a "special ingredient from daddy's work." This indicates that Chell was the daughter of an Aperture Science employee.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
1
If the player equips the Bremen Mask and plays the marching melody during the Ikana Warriors mini boss battle, they will march with Link. It's quite handy to leave them open for an attack. However, it won't work with the following mini boss, Igos du Ikana, as he'll just attack Link regularly.
