In the expansion pack "The Sims: House Party", if you throw a cool enough party, Drew Carey will arrive in a limo to congratulate you and hang out.

Drew Carey was a fan of the Sims and also parodied them in an episode of "The Drew Carey Show".

When running The Sims' autoplay, clicking on the Maxis symbol will lead you to a cartoon image of the game's creator, Will Wright, riding on a scooter with Sims all around him.
