Bob Burnquist was not included in the game due to licensing issues from appearing in a different game, X-Games Skateboarding. He would later reappear in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4.
The protagonist from Doom, "Doom Guy", is an unlockable character. The cheat code "idkfa" unlocks him, which is also a cheat in the game Doom.
