Mario's Cement Factory
1
Attachment The Tabletop version of Mario's Cement Factory's startup jingle is a low fidelity rendition of the bassline to "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen. At some point, a revision was made using an original jingle, likely to avoid legal action.
Freaky Flyers
2
Attachment The box art for the Nintendo GameCube version of the game was slightly censored, changing the color of Traci Torpedoes' jacket and decreasing her breast size to make them noticeably less prominent.
Sqij!
1
The ZX Spectrum release of Sqij! has been cited as one of the worst games ever made, sometimes even being referred to as the single worst video game ever made, due to a bug that renders Sqij uncontrollable unless the game is modified with the POKE button (a button on the ZX Spectrum that allowed users to modify code of software, somewhat like a built-in Game Genie). The conversion was handled by a 15-year-old named Jason Creighton, who intentionally created a lackluster version of the game expecting it to be rejected, in protest against being mistreated during development, with a particular point of contention being that he wasn't provided with the original Commodore 64 version of Sqij! to study. However, the infamous bug that rendered the game unplayable was not an intentional inclusion.
Gothic
1
In the German version of Gothic, during Chapter 2 of the story you can find members of the German rock band In Extremo playing live in the old camp, performing an acoustic version of their interpretation of the Swedish folk song "Herr Mannelig" (Mister Mannelig). They are in the files for other versions of the base game and in the files for Gothic II's Night of the Raven expansion, but are never used outside of modding due to copyright issues. This cameo was intended to be cross-promotion for the band.
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
1
The PlayStation 2 version of the game had exclusive online functionality and there were alleged plans by EA to add online leaderboards and host tournaments after the game's launch.
Dead or Alive 2
1
Inserting the CD-ROM of the Dreamcast version into a PC reveals a readable segment with a folder called "BONUS" containing various pictures of the female cast.

The galleries are different between regions. The Japanese gallery features Ayane and Kasumi wearing a kimono while the other three galleries feature pin-ups of Helena, Leifang, and Tina (the latter wearing cat ears). In the European version all the pictures are pin-ups with only sharing the Helena picture (albeit with a different background). The American gallery is pretty similar to the European one but with three extra pictures.
