Final Fantasy Dimensions
1
Attachment The song "Faraway Hometown" from Final Fantasy Dimensions bears a striking resemblance to the song "Mitsumeru Saki Ni Wa" from the anime D.N.Angel. This is especially evident during each song's refrain.

1
Attachment Within the game's files is a low-quality picture of the Summit Inn Cafe, a famous roadside diner built on Route 66 in California. The image was most likely used for graphics testing, though it might have also been used as a reference for the Dur-T Cafe seen in Chapter 5.

Attachment The Killer Penguin in the Extinct Animals expansion is a reference to a glitch in the first Zoo Tycoon where Emperor Penguins would kill any herbivorous animal that had been placed in their exhibit. They may also be a reference to the Penguins from the DreamWorks movie Madagascar, as their Zoopedia entry states them to be from Madagascar.
Franchise: Fallout
1
The full make and model of the 10mm pistols in Fallout and Fallout 2 is "Colt 6520 10mm pistol".
Starting with Fallout 3 and moving forward into New Vegas, the 10mm pistol is referred to as the "N99 10mm pistol".

They both fulfill the role of being a relatively common pistol for the wasteland, with a simple, easy to produce and replicate design. This is however, effectively a retcon to prevent legal issues with Colt.
Kirby: Squeak Squad
1
Attachment In the overworld map of World 7, a shadowy figure can be seen, once the player reaches the area, it is clear that the figure is the Halberd, Meta Knight's airship. It is thought to be the same Halberd that crashed into the ocean at the end of Meta Knight's Revenge in Kirby Super Star.

Attachment While Dogoo are an obvious reference to Slimes from Dragon Quest and the Giant Dogoo are an obvious reference to King Slimes, Red Dogoo have a slightly more interesting possible inspiration.

The Red Slimes, as they were known in Dragon Quest when the series was still being localized as Dragon Warrior, were made orange in Dragon Warrior VI, then renamed She-Slimes in Dragon Quest VIII alongside the franchise's localized name being changed.

This is most likely why Red Dogoo are pink and drop Orange Dogoo Jelly.
Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors
1
When Lord Raptor performs his special move, "Ultimate Undead", a small tune will sound which sounds strikingly similar to the introduction of Michael Jackson's song, "Bad".
Franchise: Senran Kagura

Dark Souls
1
In the Artorias of the Abyss DLC, there is an NPC named "Marvelous Chester" in The Royal Woods. Like the chosen undead, Chester was pulled from his time period by Manus. Chester vaguely describes his era as Gothic/Victorian, his clothing also appears to be attire from the 19th century.

The character may have been included as a small hint as to what was coming up in Bloodborne.
Etrian Mystery Dungeon
1
The Wanderer class' appearance is likely a reference to another Mystery Dungeon game, Shiren the Wanderer. Atlus and Spike Chunsoft, who developed Etrian Mystery Dungeon, have both also worked on the Shiren the Wanderer series.

The beginning of the Boss Battle theme sounds extremely similar to a segment of the track: "Porky Means Business!" from Earthbound.

1
It's believed that all of the game's voice actors were family members of Chris Jelinek, the CEO of the game's North American publisher, O3 Entertainment. In the credits, each of the game's voice actors have the surname "Jelinek". This is the reason why the game is notoriously known for its bad voice acting.
