The Last of Us Part I

In the chapter titled "Pittsburg", after you meet two new characters, if you check one of the rooms to the right there will be a Jak and Daxter doll sitting on the dresser, along with a Nathan Drake doll from the Uncharted series on the bed. Also, in the toy store there is a Jak and Daxter and an Uncharted board game sitting on the shelves on the walls oposite to were you entered. Finally, there are four unlockable Jak and Daxter items for Ellie to wear. A T-shirt, hoodie, backpack, and googles. All of these were previous titles made by Naughty Dog.
Alan Wake

In the fictional Alan Wake interview, Sam Lake makes a cameo. As an added bonus he does the infamous "Max Payne" face.
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest

Attachment In the Monkey Museum, a poster of Thunder from Killer Instinct can be spotted in the background. Additionally, Cranky's cabin is represented on the map of the Krazy Kremland area as a tent with a neon sign reading "KI here", and has two Killer Instinct cabinets outside.
World of Warcraft

Attachment Baelog, Eric and Olaf, the main protagonists of Blizzard's Lost Vikings series, appear in the dungeon Uldaman. Two items which you have to retrieve for them are the "Staff of Tsol" and the "Medallion of Gni'kiv" which when read backwards say "Lost Viking". As of Cataclysm, you can find these characters in the Badlands.

Attachment Starting the game with a Pikmin save file on their memory card grants the player the Captain Olimar trophy. This is the only legitimate way to obtain this particular trophy.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game

Attachment There was a level cut from the final release of the game where the Ghostbusters fight haunted floats in the Thanksgiving Day Parade. At one point during this level, the team would have made a trip to Ray's Occult Books, which was Ray Stantz's book store in Ghostbusters II. A Dopey Dog float was supposed to be the end level boss, but was replaced with a different character. Dopey Dog was a character from The Real Ghostbusters cartoon show.

There was also a "Crowd" mechanic developed for use primarily with this level that was also cut. The "Crowd" mechanic was supposed to simulate the many people that walk the streets of New York City. This "Crowd" mechanic gave up to 1,000 individual NPCs their own AI. The members of the Crowd Mechanic successfully reacted to the Ghostbusters walking by, became scared of ghosts that appeared out of nowhere, and ran in terror when the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man appeared on the street.
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin

Attachment Behind a secret wall which can be destroyed by blowing up some nearby TNT barrels in "Dark Woods of the Serpent," You can find Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider series chained up in a cell. When you approach her, Lo Wang will comment, "She's raided her last tomb." Inside her cell there is also a fortune cookie.

In the Trophy Room on the level "Imperial Kashykk", you can find the monsters that Obi Wan, Anakin, and Padme fought in the arena in Episode 2 as well as Jar Jar Binks in frozen carbonite.

Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D

Attachment The Kerotans from the PS2 version are replaced with Yoshi dolls. If shot, they make the "Yoshi!" cry. If the player calls up Para-Medic, she will start talking about how popular Yoshi has gotten in the Soviet Union. This is strange as the game takes place in the 1960's, at lest 20 years before Super Mario World was released.
Tetris: Axis

The enemies you face while in "Computer Battle" mode are characters from the Bomberman universe. Both are made by Hudson Soft.
