The Revenge of the Smurfs
1
Attachment Revenge of the Smurfs is an enhanced port of The Smurfs, and the majority of the levels are directly copied from the 16-bit version of the game. However, the 'Mine' and 'Descent' levels are based on those present in the 8-bit versions of The Smurfs.

The Atari 7200 port contains text hidden in the game's coding, which reads "MOMMY AND ME ARE ONE." This text is a paraphrasing of a 1985 experiment on the effects of subliminal messages on the unconscious mind, where the phrase "Mommy and I are one" was allegedly effective at raising self-motivation.
South Park: The Stick of Truth

Attachment Several scenes, mostly involving abortions and anal probing, were censored in the European console releases. Instead of simply removing the scenes, these sections of the game are replaced by a picture of Michelangelo's David face-palming in front of a European flag, with descriptive text of what the scene would have entailed.

The scenes are also censored in the Australian release, and instead feature a picture of a crying koala.

The PC release, however, was only censored in Germany, Austria, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong & Taiwan, with all other regions, including the UK, receiving the uncensored version.
Plants vs. Zombies
1
The lawn string text codes in the PC version of the game contain names of three enemies that are never seen in the game: Dog Zombies, Walking Dog Zombies, and Propeller Zombies. The reason why they're not in the game is currently unknown.
Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories

Attachment An unused HUD icon for a Ruger Autoloading Rifle can be found in the data of the PlayStation 2 version of the game. It was most likely cut early in development due to the unfinished state of the icon.
Spider-Man
1
Attachment There is an unused web item in the Game Boy Advance version of the game called the "Blind Web". When used, the screen flashes white and all of the enemies close to Spider-Man become immobilized in web.
Rayman Legends
1
The game was originally planned to be released exclusively for the Wii U. However, because of the commercial failure of Wii U exclusive ZombiU, Ubisoft believed that Rayman Legends would not be proftiable as a Wii U exclusive, and decided to make it multi-platform.

However, rather than release the already-finished Wii U version on its previously announced release date and release the other versions later, Ubisoft decided to delay the release by 6 months so that all versions could be released simultaneously. This upset not only the fans who had been eagerly anticipating the game, but also the development team.

To try and counter-balance the negative press, Ubisoft introduced an free application to the Wii U, in the form of a Challenges App, that provided a number of different challenge based levels for users to compete for higher scores and faster times on an online leaderboard without purchasing the game.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Attachment There is a model and texture file for a silenced Colt m1911 on the PS2 disc, but they go unused.
Skylanders: Swap Force
1
The game code of the Xbox 360 version has data for a "Legendary" variant of Fright Rider, although it does not assign the "Legendary" flag, and no named Legendary Fright Rider figure actually exists.
Final Fantasy VI
1
In the Japanese version of FF6, Setzer joins the party with a Bandana equipped, even though he cannot equip bandanas (if the Bandana is removed, he cannot re-equip it). This is not a bug, but was meant to be an inside joke showing Setzer's vanity does not allow him to wear the same things as Locke. In the GBA version Setzer does not come with a Bandana, as the porting team possibly thought it was a glitch.
SoulCalibur
1
In the Dreamcast release, the player can use a fishing rod controller to play. The swings of the controller are used to simulate weapon attacks.
Final Fantasy IV
1
In the original SNES English release, the Cockatrice/Cocktric summon is dummied out of the game for reasons unknown. Its name, like many other dummied out items within the game, is "Dummy" in both the summon spell and the item it was learned from.

Attachment The game consists of 7 mini-games based on characters from the series, however the back of the box on the PlayStation 2 and PC versions incorrectly state there are 8 mini-games.

The PlayStation Portable version however features two additional mini-games, and the back of the box correctly states that there are 9 mini-games in total.
Final Fantasy IV

Attachment In the SNES version of Final Fantasy 4, Tellah was mistakenly described as Edward/Gilbert's father. This was a translation error, and fixed in later releases.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
1
Attachment The game features a crash debugging tool that allowed the developers to find out information as to why the game has crashed. This is still present in all the Nintendo 64 releases, and can be accessed by inputting a series of button combinations after crashing the game. Information about the game and the environment that was present during the crash will be accessible from this screen.

The Version Info screen, however, not only has information about when the game's version was compiled, but also a message which reads, "I LOVE YOU".
Metal Gear

Fur Fighters: Viggo on Glass
1
In the iOS version of the game, the 'World Quack Centre' was renamed to 'Empire Quack Building'. This was likely to avoid any references to the World Trade Center and the September 11th terrorist attacks.
God of War
1
In the PS3 re-release, it's possible to obtain a trophy called "Speed of Jason McDonald," which is obtained for beating the game in under 5 hours. The trophy is named after Jason McDonald, the Senior Combat Designer for God of War III, who held the office record for the best speed-run for God of War.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
1
The 2013 iOS/Android phone rerelease of Sonic 2 re-adds the once lost Hidden Palace level. It consists of one act, retains the unused dinosaur and bat Badniks with a few changes, introduces a new jellyfish Badnik and a new Robotnik boss at the end. The 2P Mystic Cave zone music plays in this level.

The entrance to Hidden Palace is found at the bottom of a once-infamous shaft in the Mystic Cave Zone. Originally the shaft had spikes at the bottom that could easily (and slowly) kill the player whether or not they were Super Sonic. The rerelease removes the spikes, thus falling into this hole now takes the player to Hidden Palace.

In all of the SNES versions of Final Fantasy IV, it is sometimes possible to open the menu while walking between tiles on the world map. If a Tent or Cabin is then used from the menu, it triggers the "sliding glitch." The map's collision will be shifted one tile away from the direction the player was walking. This by itself is cosmetic, however saving and reloading the game will reset the collision to match the graphics. This means the bug can be used to bypass certain map triggers or other impassible areas. This was fixed in the PlayStation version - it is no longer possible to open the menu when moving.
