In the level 'Office Complex', there is a pizza placed in the corner of a room. Later on in 'We've Got Hostiles' there is an area that has the writing, 'The pizza is a lie' this is a nod to the 'Cake is a lie' line from the popular Valve Software game Portal, and is only accessible via the noclip command after activating SV_Cheats 1.

Franchise: Mario

Attachment All 8-bit sprite tiles have only three colors plus transparency as a fourth color, but Bowser's original sprite from Super Mario Bros. appears to have four colors as well as transparency as a color. This is because the black background is what gives Bowser his black spiked collars around his wrists. Due to this, using cheat codes so Bowser appears in a non-castle level will look like his hands are separated from his arms. This occurs again in Super Mario Bros. 3 where Bowser's sprite is designed to exploit the black background and use it as an outline element.
Final Fantasy VII

Attachment The last phase of the final boss fight pits Cloud in a one-on-one duel against Sephiroth, who will always go down in a single hit, regardless of whether Cloud attacks him or steals from him. This is facilitated by giving Sephiroth only 1 HP, which can be seen in-game with help from a GameShark code.

Halo 2
1
The PC version of Halo 2 was delayed from release due to an image of a man, who was one of the developers, mooning the camera and exposing his bare buttocks in the game's data (in an error report known as .ass).
Mega Man Soccer
1
There is actually an ending for the game, but it is only available via a cheating device.
Sonic Mega Collection
1
There are unused movie files in the game. The names of the files are: sample.sfd, loopbgv.sfd and smpinter.sfd. These were made to show off CRI's Sofdec video compression capabilities and are not related to the Sonic series.
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
1
By using a Game Genie on the Genesis, the player can use Chameleon. He is clearly unfinished as he has no combos, special moves, or fatalities, uses Scorpion's sprites (with the sprite changing to Rain's when a decapitation fatality was performed on him), and the announcer does not say his name. This hints that he was planned to be put in the game before he was debuted in Mortal Kombat Trilogy.
Sonic the Hedgehog

Attachment There are hidden embedded Japanese staff credits on the "Sonic Team Presents" screen. With the aid of a palette editor or cheat code, one can hide the title card and invert the colour of the background to make it visible.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Attachment There is a full 3D model of Bulma in the game's code. Bulma is unplayable unless you use a cheat device to use her. She is just a character model that has no moves or skills and can be set as an alternate costume for Videl.
Mario Kart DS
1
There are nine unused tracks in the game. There is an unfinished GCN Mario Circuit, two Waluigi Pinball beta courses, an unused battle track, four test courses, and an unused Wario Stadium replica.

Ziggs /joke command is a reference to "The Mask", in-which Jim Carrey eats a bomb which explodes in his stomach and belches fire.
Saints Row: Money Shot
subdirectory_arrow_right Saints Row (Collection)
1
There was originally going to be another game in the Saints Row series known as Saints Row: Money Shot. It was going to be connected with (the then upcoming) Saints Row 3 and unlock things for it. It was cancelled however, and the content was released as DLC instead. A beta was found online a few years later, though it requires a JTAG hacked Xbox 360 to play.
Left 4 Dead 2
1
A Special Infected called "The Leaker" was being developed. It had similar attacks as the Spitter and Boomer, and the ability to plant itself in the ground and act as a mine bomb. It was removed because the Survivors could run away from it, as the Leaker would alert the Survivors that it was planting itself.

However, it is still possible to play as The Leaker with console commands by using "Map MAPNAME Versus", then typing in console "Boomer_Leaker_Chance" and a number between 0 and 1. You will know when you are a leaker if it says "You are a/the Leaker!", or you explode on death and cause a small fire.
Animal Crossing: Wild World

This game has a crash debugger triggered similarly to the one in Ocarina of Time. This one is a bit less technical and more informative, but a lot less in-depth. To access the crash dump screen, first crash the game; then, hold L, R, A, and Left, let go, hold Down and B, let go, and finally hold Start and Select. This screen also exists in Super Mario 64 DS and New Super Mario Bros.

There are several test levels left in the game's ROM. In one of them, Iggy Koopa is actually the boss, but due to him having no coding, he dies as soon as you enter his screen.
