Attachment In the international version, Chaka's blade is coloured brown while in the Japanese release, it is silver. However, Khan and Black Polnareff's swords remain unchanged in both versions,Spoiler:despite the fact that all the 3 characters are technically using the same sword in the storyline.

Marvel Avengers Academy

Attachment Ant-Man was originally voiced by YouTube personality Toby Turner aka Tobuscus, however in early April, 2016, his dialogue was replaced with another voice actor's. This change was done presumably due to the recent allegations about Turner that he had sexually assaulted his ex-girlfriends. A member of the game's support team said in reply to the change, "It seemed like the best thing to do for our players".
Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time

In the North American version of Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, the Elder Princess Shroob's crown is given an attack rating, although the crown never actually attacks, as its purpose is to simply protect the princess from damage. In the Japanese and European versions of the game, this has been corrected, with the crown having a Power rating of 0.
Battlefield Hardline

The experience required to reach level 150 was doubled from the amount required during the beta. This was due to a player reaching the maximum rank within 5 days of the beta's release.
Metal Gear Solid

After defeating Psycho Mantis and listening to his final words in the Japanese version of the game, Mantis will say "it feels nostalgic." In the English version, the dialogue is changed to "it feels kind of nice," although this was then changed back into "it feels nostalgic" in the remake Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes.

According to Hideo Kojima, the "nostalgia" that Mantis refers to is from him sensing his own mother's feelings during childbirth, where she used the last of her strength to help him survive.
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem

Attachment The Eternal Darkness project originally started off to be built as a game for the Nintendo 64 and was first announced at the 1999 E3 convention. However, as changes went on in development and with the GameCube coming out, the game ended up being touched up and released for the GameCube in 2002.
Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes

The Japanese Dreamcast version of the game featured an online mode, allowing players to fight each other via the Dreamcast's modem or broadband adapter. This mode was removed from the international release for unknown reasons, with the game's logo taking it's place on the menu. The music associated with the mode is still in the files of the PAL and US release, but goes unused.

In the Japanese release, the scene in chapter 4 in which the player Spoiler:saws Joshua in half with a rotary blade was censored. The screen will fade to black instead of showing Joshua's gory demise.

Attachment This game is actually a modified version of "Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: Game on Gaburincho", replacing the Kyoryuger's characters, graphics, and enemies for ones that fit the Megaforce Rangers.

The UK release features Michael Angelis as the storyteller, whilst the US release has instead Robin Smith, a sound-alike of Alec Baldwin, who was the storyteller of the US dub of the series at the time.

Attachment In the Japanese version, Rugal Bernstein uses his technique called "Genocide Cutter" and even say it out load, but it was renamed to "Destroyer Cutter" and changed the dub to grunt sounds when he performs his move in the other versions.

Attachment As part of a collaboration between Marvelous Interactive and Tecmo Koei, one of the DLC costume sets includes 16 outfits based on characters from the Senran Kagura series.

Exclusively in the Playstation 4 and Xbox One versions, the outfits can be destroyed as the characters take damage, just as they do in the Senran Kagura games.

Street Fighter EX2

Hayate was removed from the arcade roster of EX2 Plus for unknown reasons, making a previously unlockable character, Nanase, a normal character in his stead. Hayate was added back in the home port of the game, but as a secret character.
Franchise: Resident Evil

The title voices for Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and Resident Evil Code: Veronica X for the Gamecube were changed to match the title voices of Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero, both of which were released on the Gamecube before them.
Duke Nukem Forever

In the French release of the game, the achievement "Fork the Pork" is called "T'as le Bonjour de Ryo" (Ryo says hello). In order to achieve this, the player must kill 6 pigcops with a forklift.

This achievement is a reference to the game "Shenmue", which sees the player take on the role of Ryo. The game featured a popular minigame that has the player driving a forklift.

Star Force 2 has various regional differences. The Japanese version features a few lines of voice acting, and contains a "profile" section on the My Page screen, which allows the player to enter personal information, such as favorite food and favorite TV show. There is also an ability called "HumorWrd" which is similar to the Humor program from the Battle Network games. This was removed from international versions most likely because many of the jokes are related to the removed Profile section.
