Attachment In the DOS version of the game, there are hidden credits in the Dam level to two people named Dean and Mike, accessed only by using cheats. These people are Mike Smith and Dean Grifiths, graphics artists who worked on the DOS port.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
1
Attachment The NES cover of the game shows each of the turtles wearing red masks instead of the individual colors that they wear in the cartoon and in the game. This is because the cover is a remake of the second print cover for issue #4 of the Mirage comics, where they all wore red masks.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
1
Attachment A PSP version was planned for release around April 2007. According to Official PlayStation Magazine, it lacked the free-roaming game-play the games usually had, and felt more like a "dungeon romp."

subdirectory_arrow_right Tekken Tag Tournament (Game)
1
The console version of Tekken Tag Tournament is very different from the arcade version.

The arcade version was simply an upgrade kit for Tekken 3 and ran on the same 32 bit engine, utilizing the same graphics. However, when ported to the PlayStation 2, it received a huge upgrade to the graphics along with upgraded music tracks, additional stages and music to go with them.

The 2 versions play similarly, although there are some noticeable differences in gameplay, such as some attacks being more efficient in the arcade version and vice versa.
Skies of Arcadia

Attachment In the Japanese SEGA Dreamcast version of Skies of Arcadia, Gilder has a victory pose in which he smokes a cigar. This was taken out of the game in other releases and changed to the victory pose of his parrot perched on his shoulder.
Paradroid
1
Attachment One of the droids which you can either destroy or take over, #883, appears to be a Dalek from the science fiction series "Doctor Who". Its description says, "This droid was designed from archive data. For some unknown reason it instills fear in Human adversaries."

In later remakes, #883 still looks similar to a Dalek however with some differences.

Banjo-Tooie
1
Attachment In 'the Workers Quarters' of Grunty's Industries, you can find Loggo in the men's bathroom, who has something clogged inside him. If you talk to him for a second time before unclogging him, Kazooie will bring up the option of calling a plumber and mentions 'Mario' by name. In the XBLA version, the reference is changed to "that well known Italian guy" as Microsoft could not use Mario's name.
Zool
1
Attachment In the ending to the Amiga version, once Zool gets back to his planet there is a blue hedgehog with red shoes that walks across the screen before being kicked out of sight by Zool running by. This was meant to be a shot at Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog, which Zool was meant to be in direct competition with.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
1
Attachment There are many differences between the original "Metal Gear 2: SOLID SNAKE" on MSX and the version included in "Metal Gear Solid 2: Subsistance". In the 2006 version of "Metal Gear 2: SOLID SNAKE" they changed the portraits in the "codec calls" with Yoji Shikawa's artwork, and they also added a new line in Gray Fox's speech after you defeat him:

In Japanese
その時、俺は耳も鼻もそがれ。。。ひどい状態だった

In English:
"They had cut off my ears and my nose, I looked terrible"

These new words fit perfectly with Ishmael's bandaged face in Metal Gear Solid 5.
Halo 2
1
Attachment On the level Metropolis, there is a hidden gun known as the Scarab Gun. It is extremely difficult to obtain. It is shaped like a standard Plasma Rifle, contains unlimited ammo and has the same firepower as a Scarab's main turret. In the PC version, there is an achievement for finding it.

1
In the Master Quest version of the game, the Water Temple has an extra key that cannot be used. This is due to the fact that a flag in the game's code is accidentally set when Link defeats the three Stalfos in the room with the three dragon heads. This was fixed in the 3DS version.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
1
Attachment Tear Gas is in the original Playstation 2 version, but was removed from all other version of the game. However, the weapon is fully functional and can be obtained only by using trainers or modifications.

Sonic the Hedgehog
1
Attachment The iOS and Android apps were updated in March 2013 by Sonic community hackers Taxman and Stealth from the ground up, using the Retro Engine also used in the HD remake of Sonic CD (the engine is named after Sonic Retro, a prominent Sonic fansite). Besides featuring a constant 60fps, this remake has a ton of extras, such as the ability to play as Tails, Knuckles and Super Sonic, being able to collect the seventh Chaos Emerald (which allows the player to become the aforementioned Super Sonic), adding Elemental Shields from Sonic 3 & Knuckles, turning on and off the Spike Bug and the ground/air speed caps, and, last but not least, you can add prototype characters and sprites through debug mode, like Splats the Bunny (a Green Hill Zone enemy that never made it into the final game) and the UFOs in Marble Zone.

The secret level of Episode 3 is a parody of Pac-Man complete with ghosts that damage the player when they touch him. Pellets are replaced with gold chalices and Power Pellets are replaced with extra lives, and there are some normal Nazi enemies in the level as well.

The most recent rerelease of the game on Xbox Live Arcade replaces the Pac-Man ghosts with Hitler Ghosts due to license issues.
