Art of Fighting
1
While most versions of Art of Fighting end on a cliffhanger just before Yuri reveals the true identity of Mr. Karate to Ryo and Robert, the Super Nintendo version extends the ending to reveal that Mr. Karate is Ryo and Yuri's father Takuma, who was blackmailed by Geese Howard and Mr. Big into killing Jeff Bogard (Father of Terry from Fatal Fury)

Attachment The final boss is actually changed depending on which console you have. In the Arcade, Genesis, Amiga, and NES versions, the final boss is a caveman-like monster with reptilian features. In the Game Boy version, it is a beating heart. In the SNES version, it is a devil-like monster.
Final Fantasy IV
1
In the iOS port of the game, Cecil is introduced as "Load Captain Baron Red Wings" instead of "Lord Captain".
James Bond 007

Attachment In the original versions, the babes kidnapped by the aliens were woven into cocoons and tied up on pillars. Pressing the action button in front of them will make them moan "Kill me...", which is a reference to a similar scene in the Alien franchise. In the Nintendo 64 version, the babes were covered up more (as they were either naked or only had underwear on), and could not be killed (which is how you "saved" them before). The action button now makes the disappear and the message "Babe saved!" is shown.
Escape from Monkey Island
1
In the PC version, if you type "skull" anytime during the game, Murray the skull will appear on the screen laughing.
Cave Story
1
Attachment In the original PC version of Cave Story, Balrog used to make his appearance breaking through a wall and saying "Huzzah!". However, in the WiiWare and 3DS ports, that sentence was changed to "Oh Yeah!" to reference the Kool-Aid Man.
Conker's Bad Fur Day
1
The word "Butt" is misspelled as "But" in the last verse of the lyrics displayed during The Great Mighty Poo's boss battle. This was corrected in its Xbox remake, Conker: Live and Reloaded.
Mortal Kombat Trilogy
1
Due to space limitations, the N64 version of the game does not feature the unmasked MK3 version of Sub-Zero as a playable character. Instead the masked, classic ninja version of the character is altered to use his plot, ending and moveset including Ice Clone and Ice Shower.
Tekken 5
1
When booting up Tekken 5 on the PS2, the player can play through the first few minutes of the old Namco space shooter game Star Blade while the game loads. The full game can be unlocked in "Devil Within" mode by finding the hidden ship from the game.
Sonic Unleashed
1
Attachment In the Daytime Spagonia stage (Rooftop Run) on both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Sonic Unleashed, in the middle of one of the curves, a pedestrian will be reading a newspaper. Upon further inspection, there is a, albeit blurred, picture of the box art for Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) to the upper right of the paper.
Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers
1
In the PlayStation and Saturn versions of the game, the protagonist is not depicted in game. However, in the 3DS remake, his face is shown in the battle menu and on the cover.
Lost Planet 2
1
In multiplayer, you are able to play as Marcus Fenix and Domonic Santiago from Gears of War 2 for the Xbox 360, a Monster Hunter in Rathalos Armor from Monster Hunter, Helghast and a Scout from Killzone for the PS3. Wesker from Resident Evil 5, Frank West from Dead Rising, and a Teddy Bear Backpack and Servbot from Mega Man Legends can be used in both Xbox 360 and PS3. These skins are all available in the campaign as well, but only after beating it once.
Final Fantasy IV
1
Attachment The final boss, Zeromus, had a complete redesign for Final Fantasy 4 Easy Type. He was also made a lot harder, such as using Big Bang at the start of the battle. Zeromus EG in the Game Boy Advance and PlayStation Portable version is based on this version.
Game Dev Tycoon
1
The game's developers released their own cracked version of the game onto several popular torrent websites. However, playing this version of the game would result in every game you create in-game being pirated to a point of being impossible to progress after a certain point.

1
In the final battle against Zeromus, Edge can steal an item known as Dark Matter in the Japanese version of Final Fantasy 4. This item, long thought to reduce the damage of Zeromus's Big Bang attack, is actually a joke item. In the DS version, a superboss named Proto-Babil appears if you use this item on the face of the Moon.
Sonic CD
1
The achievement name "Paradise Found" is a parody of the 17th Century poem "Paradise Lost" by John Milton. When Sonic achieves a Good Future in any of the zones (via destroying the Metal Sonic projectors and roboticizers), he is essentially "founding" a paradise for the future of that zone.
Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D
1
Attachment The Kerotans from the PS2 version are replaced with Yoshi dolls. If shot, they make the "Yoshi!" cry. If the player calls up Para-Medic, she will start talking about how popular Yoshi has gotten in the Soviet Union. This is strange as the game takes place in the 1960's, at lest 20 years before Super Mario World was released.
Um Jammer Lammy

1
There are two versions of the 6th stage. In the Japanese and PAL versions of the game, the stage takes place in hell. In the American version, the stage instead takes place on a volcanic island. Both stages have different graphics for Lammy, a different intro cutscene, and a slight change in lyrics in the first stage to remove any references to hell or the devil. The Japan-exclusive Um Jammer Lammy NOW! retains the island plot from the US release.
