Attachment Sackboy's Pop-It is different from the one in the LittleBigPlanet series. This was done to integrate it into a fighting game as all of the icons represent moves done by Sackboy in the game.

PaRappa's Level 3 super is slightly different depending on the amount of opponents in the match. If there is 1 opponent, the U Rappin' Meter will raise to the "Good" level. If there are 2 or 3 opponents, the meter will raise to the "Cool" level.

Attachment Swanky and Candy are the only two Kongs yet to be playable, though Candy was going to be a playable character in the cancelled Diddy Kong Pilot a few weeks after Redneck Kong was scrapped from the game. They both are members of the "Bonus Bonanza" in the Game Boy Advance remake of Donkey Kong Country 2.

Inside the Gotham City Police Department building is a list of recently arrested people. The names are: Joshua Dahdrai, David Tyndale, David Higgins, Jigar Patel, Noel Chamberlain, and Johnny Armstrong.

All of these people are actually developers of Rocksteady Studios.

Attachment If you type "LOL WUT" into the game, it will make an enlarged version of Maxwell's head that can be put onto NPC's. In addition, if you type "THIS GAME", a DS cartridge with Maxwell on it will appear.

Toro's three different "stances" are based around Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Tekken. One of the moves he can use in his Torobi stance is inspired by Liu Kang's bicycle kick. In his Oni stance, he can throw a projectile similar to the mochi Hadoken.

If the player calls up Para-Medic, she will start talking about how popular Yoshi has gotten in the Soviet Union. This is strange as the game takes place in the 1960's, at lest 20 years before Super Mario World was released.
The Misadventures of Tron Bonne

This is the only game in the "Legends" series where Bon Bonne is not voiced by his Japanese actress, Ikue Ōtani, in the English version. He is instead voiced by Chuck Campbell. However, he still only says "Babu," like the Japanese version.

At the level select menu, the time it takes for the planets to revolve around the Sun is exactly accurate to real life, although sped up. It takes the Earth 1 minute to orbit the Sun, which represents a year, and within that time the Moon revolves exactly 13 times around the Earth. With Mercury, it takes approximately 14 seconds to revolve around the Sun, which is equal to 88 days, with Venus 37 seconds which equals to 225 days, Mars 1 minute and 53 seconds, which equals to 687 days, and Neptune 2 hours and 45 minutes, which equals to 165 years. Apparent retrograde motion also occurs when viewing the planets from a certain vantage point.

Attachment After beating the main story line and all the optional dungeons, you can fight Freya from Valkyrie Profile. Located at Crosell's Lair, unlike other bosses, you can fight her multiple times.
Persona 4

On the 2nd play-through, the player can battle against Margaret. When they beat her, she will start talking about her sister Elizabeth, from Persona 3, and the boy she "took a fancy to," which is the protagonist of said game. She will also mention why Elizabeth left the Velvet Room. Spoiler:She wants to rescue the protagonist from the seal of Nyx.
Final Fantasy VIII

The Pocket Station, sold only in Japan, was used in Final Fantasy VIII. It featured a mini game called Chocobo World, starring Boco the Chocobo. While international console users could not play it, the PC port of Final Fantasy VIII did include Chocobo World in its entirety as a standalone application.
PaRappa the Rapper 2

In Japan, McDonald's once sold demo discs of PaRappa the Rapper 2 and Ape Escape 2001 to promote the games in Japan. The PaRappa demo reskinned the Toasty Buns stage to take place in a McDonald's, while the Ape Escape demo included the first 2 and a half stages, added McDonald's buildings and blimps to the level backgrounds, and added McDonald's food as collectible items - it also included a bonus video of Japanese celebrity Papaya Suzuki exploring New York with a man in a Pipo Monkey mascot costume.
Super Smash Bros. Melee

Attachment Roy did not star in a game before Melee. Although Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi (Fire Emblem: Binding Blade) is where Roy held a starring role, the game came out March 29th 2002, while Melee was released November 21st, 2001 in Japan. Roy was put into Melee to promote Fūin no Tsurugi's release in Japan, and was originally intended to be an exclusive character to the Japanese region.
