The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Attachment The body of Indiana Jones can be found in a dungeon called Omalen Ancestral Tomb. Apparently a rock fell on his leg, dooming him to a slow death. There's a scroll that records his last thoughts, signed "Indie". It also mentions that his father made jokes about his childhood pet. In the movie The Last Crusade, Indiana's father exclaims at the mention of Indiana's name: "We named the dog Indiana!" This would be the childhood pet the scroll mentions.

A teleportation plasmid was planned for the first game but was cut, as it could be used to break the game's script during certain events. This plasmid was referenced as an Easter egg in Bioshock 2 in the Fontaine Futuristics level as an "Unstable Teleport Plasmid" that teleports around the level when the player interacts with it.

After you get the elemental sprite 'Thermite', go to the Forbidden Forest and find Creeper's Home, which is the house with a giant rock blocking it's entrance. Use Thermite's ability to shoot lava bombs at the door or bring over and activate a nearby bomb, and you can now enter the home. Near the entrance to the left, there is a small radio. Play the radio to hear a rock version of Banjo-Kazooie's main theme.

The planet where Alph, Britanny, and Charlie come from is called "Koppai." This is a reference to Nintendo's origins, as the company was founded in 1889 as "Nintendo Koppai".

Before you fight the final battle with Spoiler:Necron, he will start monologuing to Zidane about Death and Fear and will say, "Fear leads to anger... Anger leads to hate... Hate leads to suffering...". This is the same quote that Yoda says to Anakin in Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace.

Attachment A Police Box would randomly appear throughout random locations of Dereth, a reference to the TARDIS from the science fiction series "Doctor Who". However after the release of the second expansion pack "Throne of Destiny", it was removed from the game due to "various reasons" according to the developers.

Attachment If you talk to Joey after placing the welder robot shell on him, he'll say during conversation "EX-TER-MIN-ATE! EX-TER-MIN-ATE!!", mimicking the Daleks from the science-fiction series Doctor Who.

There are several references to the Predator franchise made throughout the game. The skill "Sexual Tyrannosaurs" and "You ugly mother..." are lines said in Predator by Blain Cooper. The achievement/trophy "Unseen Predator" is a reference to the Predators cloaking device. One of the loading screen tips says "if Bleeds we can kill it etc." which is also a reference to the original film.

After the Moon Cave in Sei'an City is a girl that's drawing. The drawing will be of whatever you had for a mask. She will also ask you to draw a few designs that she thinks will "be the next big hit." The second design she gives you is a V. When you come back to her, she describes it as the "henshin" pattern, which she finds "viewtiful" and exclaims "Henshin-a-go-go, Baby!". This is a clear nod to the Viewtiful Joe series. The third pattern she gives you is the clover pattern, which is a self reference to Clover Studios, the company who made the game. The last design she gives you is the kanji for heaven, which is also used by Akuma from Street Fighter on his Gi.

Attachment In case three "Turnabout Serenade", on day 2 in the Wright Anything Agency if you examine the top hat, Apollo will say "That's one of those hats you pull things out of, right?". Trucy will then say "Of course! My hat's like a little universe! Bigger on the inside than on the outside!" which Apollo will reply saying "Hmm... That reminds me of a sci-fi show I used to watch."

This is a reference to the science fiction series Doctor Who and the spaceship the TARDIS which is bigger on the inside than on the outside.

Attachment In the Heroic Fantasy book 'The Name of The Wind' by Patrick Rothfuss, the main character Kvothe stumbles at one point (Page 22 in the attached PDF) and says "I took an arrow in the knee on my way through the Eld three summers ago" The book was published in 2007 and might be where Bethesda got the line from. If this is the case, then 'arrow in the knee' may be an Easter egg or reference to the novel.
