Attachment A secret message can be found on the title screen of the NES version of the game with the use of two controllers. At the title screen, select "CONSTRUCTION" on the menu. Press Start on Controller 1 to enter the mode, then press it again to return back to the title screen. Repeat this seven times. After the seventh enter-and-exit, hold Down on Controller 1 and press A eight times on Controller 2. Then, hold Right on Controller 1 and press B twelve times on Controller 2. Finally, press Start on Controller 1 to activate the message featuring an animation of a green droplet falling.

The most likely person as to the identity of "Open-Reach" is Tomcat System's founder and programmer Ryoichi Ookubo because of the similarities between "Reach" and "Ryoichi". It should be also noted that his name is hidden twice in the game's ROM, and from one fact pointed out by a Russian LiveJournal user, that the name Open-Reach appears as "OPR" on the title screen of another game Tomcat System developed, the 1991 Famicom game Castle Quest published by Hudson Soft.

As for Noriko, her identity remains unknown. In the comments section of the sourced video, one commenter claimed that Noriko was Ookubo's daughter who was three years old at the time of the game's development, while the aforementioned LiveJournal user claimed that Noriko was a romantic partner, claiming her to be a former Namco graphic designer named Noriko Ikegawa (whose name would later appear in the credits for the Nintendo game Animal Crossing as a model designer), but there is no known substantial evidence to support either of these claims.

Attachment In the spawn area of the Zombies map "Der Eisendrache", there is a complicated Easter egg first discovered in 2019 that can be executed. When you spawn in, do not open any doors and allow the Zombies to break down the five barriers in the spawn area and enter the map. Once most or all of the Zombies are in the map, kill them for points. This should be done by the start of Round 2 and it is important to leave one or two Zombies alive and roaming the map so that you do not progress to Round 3. Once Round 2 starts, you need to go to every barrier and attach exactly two boards to each one, then go purchase the RK5 pistol. Next, you need to go back to every barrier and add two more boards to each for a total of four boards on each barrier, then go purchase the Shieva assault rifle, replacing the RK5. After that, you need to go back to every barrier one more time to attach one more board to each for a total of five boards on each barrier, then go and purchase the RK5 again replacing the Shieva. From the moment you purchase the RK5 again, you need to race to the fenced-off door to the east of where you first spawned in under five seconds. If you get there in time, you can walk out onto the deck and find a heart-shaped arch spinning on a platform in mid-air. Inside that arch is a picture of developer Drew Marlowe and his family.

Pitting the Wrexham AFC against either the Liverpool or Stockport football clubs will trigger hidden commentary between actors Ryan Reynolds and Robb McElhenney, who in November 2020, bought the Wrexham football club for £2m ($2.5M) due to British comedian and writer Humphrey Ker explaining to the BBC how his lunch habits led to McElhenney having an interest in the sport:

"I'm laying claim to the fact (Rob's) interest in football derives from several years of teasing me for watching football during our lunch breaks at work. Until eventually, just by pure osmosis, I got him interested in the game to the degree that he decides to buy a football team. In the King's Mausoleum, there is a very dark room you can go to that has several stone faces hanging from the ceiling, and a stone pedestal in the center of the room that can be set on fire to brighten it (to better hear this Easter egg, you should not light it, and turn off the music). If you stand in front of the pedestal, several distorted voices can be heard throughout the room. Reversing them reveals that they are actually voice clips of the Radio Operators from the English dub of Armored Core 2: Another Age.

To actually see the sprite in-game, first the player has to perform a glitch to get Alex and Chun-Li onto Gill's stage. Right after that they have to do several glitches including one involving Alex and Chun-Li's throws to get the latter at an unnaturally high point. If Chun-Li stomps on Alex she will fly up into the air and the background will eventually loop vertically, revealing the Doraemon sprite.
