Super Mario Galaxy
1
Attachment There is a planetoid in the Space Junk Galaxy that looks a lot like the ship from Pikmin 2.
Banjo-Kazooie
1
Attachment On the third file select, you can see Banjo and Kazooie playing a Game Boy. The sound effects coming from the Game Boy are from Donkey Kong Land.
Diablo III
1
Attachment There is a secret level in Diablo III titled "Whimsyshire," a complete turn from the game's typical story and theme by putting you in a cartoony bright wonderland with rainbows and unicorns. The level changes health orbs to be pink cupcakes, and the map will appear to a similar design as a child's blanket.

It is intended to be a secret area, similar to the Secret Cow Level in Diablo II, however unlike the Cow level, it is hard to make a huge profit from the items and gold dropped. It was likely put in as a joke, because many people felt that Diablo III's early graphics were too bright and cartoony.

There is a random chance for a unicorn to spawn with one of these names: "Rainbow Western," "Midnight Sparkle," "Nightmarity" and "Nightmare is Magic," each of these are references to the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magics characters names.
Team Fortress 2
1
Attachment If it is either Halloween or a Full Moon, you can wear special items for each class. If you put the Grand Duchess costume set on the Heavy he will have a large amount of new dialogue to say, one of which is "Everyone! Friendship is stupid magic!" Referencing the cartoon My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Conker's Bad Fur Day
1
Attachment The opening sequence of Conker's Bad Fur Day is a parody of the intro from the Stanley Kubrick film "A Clockwork Orange".
Xenoblade Chronicles
1
Two attacks that Riki can learn include Freezinate and Burninate. These two attacks are possible references to Trogdor the Burninator of Homestar Runner fame, who would often be accompanied by phrases like "Burninate" or "Burnination". This was likely added in by the localization team.
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
1
Attachment While under cover, Solid Snake assumes the name Iroquois Pliskin. "Iroquois" means "Black Snake" in the Iroquoian language, Huron. And "Pliskin" is a reference to the character Snake Plissken from the film "Escape from New York", which was the main inspiration for the development of Solid Snake. Naked Snake (Big Boss), Solid Snake, and Solidus Snake each wear an eye-patch like Snake Plissken.
Bayonetta
1
Bayonetta and Dante from the Devil May Cry series share several quotes. Bayonetta and Dante both say "Let's Rock Baby" in a fashion similar that Dante did in the first Devil May Cry game. They also share the quote "Flock off, Feather face!" both said to a bird like boss.

1
Attachment There's a female trainer named "Guitarist Billy Jo," whose name and appearance resembles a female version of Billie Joe Armstrong, guitarist and singer of the band Green Day.
Franchise: Half-Life
1
In Half-Life 2: Episode 2, Dr Magnusson accuses Gordon Freeman of a "debacle at Black Mesa" involving "a certain microwave casserole." This refers to a moment in the game's opening in which the player is able to tamper with a microwave, causing the food inside it to explode.
Half-Life 2
1
In the first Half-life, one of the stock quotes from various security guards is, "catch me later and I'll buy you a beer." When Gordon meets Barney Calhoun (an ex-guard from Black Mesa) in Half-Life 2, Barney says, "Now...about that beer I owed ya."
Grim Fandango
1
The original title for the game was Deeds of the Dead. The name was changed to reference a poem recited in the game when the marketing department didn't want to publish a game with the word "dead" in its title.
Franchise: Animal Crossing
1
Attachment In each Animal Crossing game is a rock that you can hit with your shovel once a day, which gives out money (bells) each time you hit it. The rock changes every day. It will also play the 1-up sound from the Super Mario Bros. series after enough hits.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
1
In Oblivion, you can find a journal called "Macabre Manifest" which belonged to a grave robber. It includes:

Oford Gabings - Anvil

Travel Cloak with Silver and Green Leaf Fastener
Enchanted Shortsword with Inlaid Writing
Gold Ring with Inscription (Cursed?)
Leather Bound Travel Journal

This person is obviously a reference to Frodo Baggins (Oford Gabings is an anagram for Frodo Baggins, which further cements this reference) from Lord of the Rings. Upon completing the quest you receive a ring which looks very similar to the "Ring of Power".
Pokémon Black Version 2

1
Attachment There's a Lady in Humilau City that says "This dress is comfy and easy to wear," referencing a line from the original Pokemon games where Youngster Ben says "Hi! I like shorts! They're comfy and easy to wear."
Pokémon Red Version
subdirectory_arrow_right Pokémon Blue Version (Game)
1
Attachment The game contains the now infamous line: "Hi! I like shorts! They're comfy and easy to wear!" The line became a meme among the Pokemon community, and was referenced in Pokemon Black 2 and White 2.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
1
Attachment In the Hyrule Castle courtyard, in one of the windows you can see a Mario level background with warp pipes and blocks. This background replaced pictures of Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach and Bowser from the original Ocarina of Time.
Sonic Unleashed
1
Attachment In Eggmanland, there are three robots whose names represent a console and a year that a Sonic game came out. These are EF-MD1991 (Mega Drive/Genesis and Sonic the Hedgehog), EF-DC1998 (Dreamcast and Sonic Adventure), and EF-XB2006 (Xbox and Sonic the Hedgehog 2006). To further cement this idea, MD1991 was made first while XB2006 is the youngest and is apparently clumsy, glitchy, and can't do anything right.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
1
Attachment In the Hyrule Castle courtyard, in one of the windows you can see pictures of Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach and Bowser. In Ocarina of Time 3D, the pictures were replaced with a Mario level background with warp pipes and blocks.
Saints Row: The Third
1
Attachment In the harbor, you'll find a dirty purple bunny doll that's been dragged up from the ocean. This is a reference to an Easter-egg in Saints Row 2.
