Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime
1
There is a tank called "DQ Swords" in the game that has the tagline "The Revolution is coming! Wee!" This is believed to be a foreshadowing to the game Dragon Quest Swords on the Wii. During the start of Rocket Slime's localization to the west, the Wii was still likely code named the "Revolution."

Attachment Entering the code: Up, Up, Left, Left, Right, Right, Down, Down, Square, Circle, Square from the pause menu will cause Spyro's Skateboard to turn into a Squid. According to developer Brian Hastings, there was originally going to be a mini-game in Lost Fleet which involved riding a Squid. However, as the Squid didn't fit very well with the rest of the game, it was transformed into a Skateboard. It was kept in as a cheat for sentimental reasons.

A short slow-motion segment presents itself where they are preparing to execute Private Ryan. This is a reference to the movie "Saving Private Ryan".
Team Fortress Classic
1
Unlike Team Fortress 2, Team Fortress Classic contains several references (and re-used content) from Half-Life, the most striking of which was the Hunted map. Instead of being a remake of the original Hunted President from Team Fortress, it was a conversion of a segment of the Half-Life campaign which involved navigating past several Sniper nests. No such official content has been made for Team Fortress 2, though one map shares a name with the original Half-Life Death match map, but has otherwise nothing in common.
Castle Crashers
1
Attachment Alien Hominid makes an appearance in Castle Crashers as an unlockable character. They also appear as enemies on the Alien Ship level.
Donkey Kong 64
1
Attachment It's possible to access a test room without the use a cheat device. To do this, the player must have all of Snide's HQ blueprints, then bring up any level in the Bonus menu, highlight any of the mini-games, then press and hold B, and quickly press A. If done correctly, the player will be taken into the test room itself. The room has no music, three pedestals, a yellow balloon, and a motionless clone of Donkey Kong. It's not possible to leave the room, as pressing Start does nothing and going off-screen will take that player back to the room.
Deadly Premonition
1
Attachment Forrest Kaysen (The Sapling Salesman) is actually a recurring character from games directed by SWERY65. His role differs in each game and are actually not connected to each other. The only constant is his name and appearance. He originally appeared in Spy Fiction as a scientist, appears as a travelling sapling salesman in Deadly Premonition and is confirmed to be in the next SWERY 65 game, "D4." It is not currently known what his role will be in D4.

1
One of the skills the player can earn is called "Daryl Style", which allows them to make crossbows. This is a reference to the character Daryl from the TV Show "The Walking Dead" in which he uses a crossbow.
Franchise: Worms
1
Attachment Boggy B's friend Spadge's name is most likely a reference to Martyn "Spadge" Brown, a co-founder of Team17. Martyn Brown also makes a kind of a cameo as the MB Bomb weapon originating from Worms 2.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game

The two security guards in the opening movie are modeled after Character Designers Jesse Sosa and Ian McIntosh. Originally, the two security guards were to be modeled after present day Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis, hence their names Dan and Harold.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game
1
Attachment Jason Hawes and Adam Berry from the TV Series Ghost Hunters were originally going to be in the video game, but were removed before the game was released.

"The two guys in the elevator after the Stay Puft street stage are two Sony executives. They were originally supposed to be the two guys from Ghost Hunters. We made the heads and everything, but couldn't work out all the legal stuff in time, so we defaulted to the Sony execs that wanted to be in the game." - Jesse Sosa

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies
1
Attachment Juniper Woods' stage outfit for when she was going to sing the Guitar's Serenade during the Gavinner's return concert is almost exactly the same as Lamiroir's, who originally sang the same song in Ace Attoreny: Apollo Justice. Weirdly enough, neither Apollo, Trucy nor Klavier make any mentions of the fact despite having met Lamiroir.

The artbook "The Art of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies" by Udon Entertainment expands upon this. In-universe, the similarities are purely coincidental, as Juniper just so happened to design the exact same costume that Lamiroir wore during the previous game. Out-of-universe, however, it was done to tie into the sub-plot about Juniper's crush on Apollo Justice, as it allowed for a cutscene where she gains "brownie points" with Justice, who is a fan of Lamiroir's music.

Fallout 2

Attachment There are three unused perk/reputation statuses in the game.
"Virgin of the Wastes" is a status that has no actual effect on the gameplay. It can naturally be removed after sleeping with any sex-specific characters. The description for it reads "You really need to get out more. Your sexual exploits have been... well, two dimensional." "Alcohol Addiction" is a status that was to be used for when the player ends up building an addiction to alcohol-related items in the game. It has no coding associated with it, just the art and description. "You have a problem with alcohol. Actually, you have many problems with your drinking habits." "Tragic Addition" is another addiction status that would have occurred after using a pack of Tragic Cards, which is a reference to Magic the Gathering. The effect would stop map travel periodically to say "You feel a burning desire to open another box of Tragic cards."
