1
Attachment In the prototype version of the game, the title screen was presented in a sepia tone, rather than the red & blue colors in the final release. The story was also slightly reworded from the prototype that said Mario heard a "faint" voice, rather than in the final release where it simply states that Mario heard a voice.

One of Doc Louis' in-between round quotes while fighting Bald Bull is "Hey, Mac baby! If you can't beat Bald Bull in a fight, how about an arm wrestle?" This is a reference to the 1985 arcade game Arm Wrestling, in which Bald Bull was one of the opponents.

Perfect Dark Zero was originally being developed as a Nintendo GameCube launch title, and made a small appearance at Nintendo's Spaceworld 2000 event, but was not completed in time. After Microsoft bought Rare, development was shifted to the Xbox, and later to the Xbox 360 to become a launch title for that console.

Attachment Rosalina was originally going to have a beehive hairstyle along with short straight-cut bangs, and long, curly locks in front of her ears. She also had more unique facial features, rather than looking similar to Peach. Her dress, however, was changed to look less like that of Peach or Daisy.
The Binding of Isaac
1
The fez on Judas' head is a referential jab at FEZ creator Phil Fish, who voted against Edmund McMillen and his team at the Independent Games Festival. The name "Judas" likely was intended to evoke Judas Iscariot of the New Testament, and suggests that the character Judas represents Fish's betrayal of Edmund.
Metroid Prime
