During one of the powerboat outings with Brucie Kibbutz, he will call the Statue of Happiness the "Statue of Freedom", while the subtitles still say "Statue of Happiness." This suggests that the statue might have had a different name during development, but the audio file did not get changed to reflect the statue's final name.

Attachment The perk "In Shining Armor" doesn't actually do anything. The perk was supposed to give the player an additional +5 Damage Threshold against energy weapons while wearing any metal armor, and +2 while wearing reflective eyewear.

The perk doesn't provide any Damage Threshold boost due to the fact that the parameter that is referenced when checking the skill type of enemy weapons is "Energy" instead of "EnergyWeapons". This means that the function "IsWeaponSkillType" will never return a value that can activate the perk effect, because there is no weapon skill called "Energy".
Final Fantasy IV

Attachment In the SNES version of Final Fantasy 4, Tellah was mistakenly described as Edward/Gilbert's father. This was a translation error, and fixed in later releases.
Pokémon Stadium

Attachment If a Pokémon knows an attack it normally shouldn't be able to, the text changes color to purple.
However, even if someone teaches a Pokémon a legitimate move through Pokémon Gold/Silver or Pokémon Crystal, and then trades it back, if the move cannot be learned in Red, Blue or Yellow, the game will still show it as purple.

Near the end of the first mission in the NES version is a missing ladder that the player can still climb. Climbing to the top of the ladder only makes the player appear back at the bottom, and if they are holding a weapon while climbing it, the weapon will get stuck in the wall if the player is struck by an enemy.
