1
Attachment In a prerelease build, there was a chef ghost inside the kitchen who would throw tomatoes at Luigi. The model of the tomato is still in the game's data, and seems to be one of the oldest models in the game.
Hey You, Pikachu!
1
Attachment At E3 2004, a tech-demo for the Nintendo DS featuring Pikachu was playable and was made to show off the DS' capabilities. It featured microphone mechanics very similar to Hey You, Pikachu! as well as some additional features.

Similar to Wii Sports, the internal disk name of the game is "PARTY PACK FOR REVOLUTION" suggesting Wii Party was being developed before the release of the Wii when it was still named "Revolution".

The Sims 2
1
Attachment There is an unfinished and normally inaccessible aspiration called "Power" in the game. It has some similarities to the "Popularity" and "Fortune" aspirations. Some NPCs and premade deceased sims appear to have this aspiration, and it can also be assigned to a sim using the Sim Modder cheat object.
American Mensa Academy

Sakurai considered making Miis Playable, but decided against it. According to Sakurai, it didn't seem right at the time to have Miis punching and kicking. Miis were however added in the game's sequel six years later.
Sonic Adventure
1
Attachment In preparation for Sonic Adventure, Sonic Team conducted a trip to Central and South America. This was done because none of the developers had ever seen environments like ruins and jungles, and the team wanted to make a realistic world for the game. Some of the pictures they had taken were used as textures for the game. Tails' Sand Hill sub game was even inspired by people boarding on sand dunes in Ica, Peru.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
1
Attachment Link was able to ride Epona into Hyrule Castle Town during later beta-builds of the game. This can be seen in various pre-release trailers. Why it was removed is unknown.
Grand Theft Auto IV
1
Attachment The Wooden Baseball Bat was originally going to be included in The Lost and Damned, but was cut.
Grand Theft Auto IV
1
There is an unused pinball animation in the game's files, meaning that pinball was likely planned to be playable at one point.
Fallout 3
1
The drug "Med-X" was originally just called Morphine, but in order to get a MA15+ rating in Australia by the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC) board, all references to Morphine had to be changed to "Med-X". During the time there was no higher age rating (R18+) for video games, which would have meant the game could not be sold in Australia. The reason the OFLC board didn't pass the game was because of the usage of real-life drugs.
Donkey Kong 64
1
An infinite life GameShark code increase the player's life melon count to 4, though the most you can have normally is 3. Even after disabling the code, your melon count will stay at 4. It's thought that Rare planned to implement an additional melon upgrade at Candy's shop. Alternatively, it's also possible that two melons were planned to be used at the beginning of the game instead of one.

HyperZone
1
There is a hidden and incomplete 3D Effect function that can be unlocked from the title screen by inputting the following sequence: Select, Select, A, B, Select, Select, X, Y, Select, Select, L, R, Up. If done correctly, the HyperZone title will change from orange to red. The effect can then be toggled in-game by pressing the Select button. It appears the idea was to make use of Anaglyph 3D glasses (red/blue) for a 3D effect, but the effect was not fully implemented and ultimately abandoned.
Kid Icarus: Uprising
1
In an early trailer and demo, Pit was voiced by Troy Lund. Lund's voice was replaced with Anthony Del Rio's in the final game.
Punch-Out!!
1
Attachment There are two opponents that did not make it from the arcade release to the NES port; Pizza Pasta and Kid Quick. It's unknown why they were left out.
