If you find the hidden missing child poster near the house at the beginning of the game, the game will abruptly end and bring you back to the main menu. If you then try to start a new game you will be taken to a secret glitch level. Attempting to continue via stage selection will have all stage options replaced by the missing child poster and you will be brought to yet another glitch level and a secret ending.
