In one of the cutscenes in the game, Alice will say the line "I shouldn't think so. I'm a person, and just now I wish to become very small. About this big." However, there is a different take of the line in the game's files that goes "I shouldn't think so. I'm a girl, and just now I wish to become very small. About this big.", replacing the word 'person' with 'girl.'

Both the original release and the 2011 rerelease use the version with "person" in it, so this different take goes unused.

Attachment Checking in the sound test reveals that all of the Super Art moves for each character have the garbling effect (used when the character Twelve transforms via X.C.O.P.Y) recorded for them, even though the use of the Super Gauge as a timer means that Twelve cannot use any of his opponent's Super Arts in-game. This possibly indicates that Twelve was going to be able to use Super Arts from his opponents at one point.

Attachment In the game's data there is a remix of the "Jingle Bells" Christmas song that goes unused in normal gameplay.
