There is a song that can be easily accessed in the sound test that never appears in-game. It resembles part of a track from its Amiga port, Turrican 3.

• There are several unused copies of the "Warning!" sound that gets played when the Carrier is in danger of colliding with an obstacle.
• Another is a voice clip of Spike asking the player "What's the matter with you?". It is not used in the final version of the game, but can be found between the voice clips of "Give me a break!" and "You keep this up!".

Attachment There's a set of unused voice lines available in the game's files which clearly represent an African-American male for the United States Forces' Rear Echelon unit. It is unknown why this version of the unit was cut from the game.

Attachment The English voice actress "Veronica Taylor" was intended to do the voice of "Princess Elise the Third", she even recorded all her lines for the game, but for unknown reasons, she was replaced by "Lacey Chabert." Even in an interview with GameSpy, they ask her:

GameSpy: Did the people at Sega tell you why they wanted you for this role?

Lacey Chabert: They just told me that they thought my voice was appropriate for the character.

Attachment Three unused World Wonders exist in the game's data. These are the Large Hadron Collider, which only has a completion theme and placeholder image, the Panama Canal, which only has an icon and completion image, and the Three Gorges Dam, which has an icon, image, and unused space for a completion theme.

Attachment Within the game's files are three unused cities: Oslo (Norway), København (Denmark), and Stockholm (Sweden). Despite being unused, they appear to be fully playable if hacked into the game, have their own musical intros, and have batches of trivia questions like all the other cities.
The data for these cities seems to be left over from the original Globetrotter, suggesting they were planned to return like the other reused locations.

Attachment There is an unused fanfare sound effect when completing the act or getting a item. This may have been played when the player wasted time, got a game over or got an bad rank. However, the filename was called sys_jingle_release_ng. that ng stand for "Not Good or No Good".

Attachment Following patch 1.001, the unused audio file "abc_123_a.ogg", originally warning the player not to spoil the game online, was replaced with several text-to-speech voices laughing at the listener.
Fallout: New Vegas

The Mr. New Vegas radio show has unused news reports detailing the outcomes of each game ending, which cannot be witnessed as the game doesn't allow you to play past the ending due to the drastic differences the game world would experience based on the outcome.
