The "Pirate Attack on the High Seas", "Mountain Bandit Campaign" and "Raid On The Rogue Fortress" levels are Musou Mode exclusive stages, for select characters. However, there is dialogue that had been recorded for other characters for these stages, with the construction of the intros and enemy encounters intact, albeit with some quirks (i.e. force name not showing up, winning the battle under Dong Zhuo/Liu Zhang's banner, incorrect troop colors, etc).

Normally, these stages are accessible as certain characters, but it is possible to hack the game to play as specific characters Musou Mode with these stages, changing the player character identifier, and the game will correctly recognize who is selected.
