Killing Floor
1
Attachment Models for parts of a pinball machine can be found in the game's files. They use the default texture, and are too detailed and big just for a prop. It's likely that these models were used for a scrapped level taking place in a pinball machine.
Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd You Steal Our Garbage?!
1
Attachment The game's files include an unused Fionna Button which is stored with the rest of the menu buttons. It's possible that it was intended for the game to allow the player to use her as a character. The game also includes an unused Boss Rush Mode.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories
1
Attachment The game originally included a land mine weapon, but it was ultimately cut. The HUD icon for it can still be found in the game's code.
WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011
1
Carlito was going to be a playable wrestler, but was removed due to his departure from WWE. His Smackdown Vs. Raw 2010 model is still on the disk, and can be played via the use of hacking tools.
Conker's Bad Fur Day
1
The developers wanted to have outtakes of cutscenes play at the end during the credits with scenes like Conker being bad-tempered on set or the characters being out of character, but it was left out due to time constraints. Later the developers regretted leaving it out after seeing the film Toy Story 2 do something similar.
Mickey's Speedway USA
1
Attachment There are a number of unused tracks found in the Nintendo 64 version of the game left over from the beta. The tracks are Greenwood Village from Diddy Kong Racing, Mizar Race track from Jet Force Gemini, an early version of the White House battle track titled "maze", two battle tracks called "battletest" and "cascade", an empty test map called "mushcan", and an exact copy of the practice stage possibly intended to be used as a battle track. Most of the tracks also feature the Skybox background textures from Jet Force Gemini.
It's Mr. Pants
1
Attachment The gameplay was originally viewable in both 2D and isometric 3D layouts (whilst being developed as Donkey Kong Coconut Crackers), however there were consistency issues when switching between the layouts. It was also hard for players to see the board whilst in 3D and wasn't to the expectations of the developers.
Mother 3
1
Attachment There are two inaccessible rooms in the Toilet Dungeon in Chapter 8: one where water seeps from the bottom of the door and another where a man rushes in and locks the door. By cheating, one can see what's inside these rooms, which is an overflowing toilet for the first and a bathroom full of toilet paper for the second.
Banjo-Kazooie
1
Attachment An image of Donkey Kong appeared in an early build, but was replaced with an image of Banjo's sister, Tooty.
Burnout
1
Attachment During development, many of the tracks looked to have more detail, and had more scenery, when compared to the final version.
Burnout
1
Attachment Many cars went through cosmetic changes during development. The Muscle car originally looked more like a Mustang, the Roadster looked like a Porsche Boxter, and the Saloon also looked different.
Mafia II
1
Many features of the game were cut, but are still in the files. These include buses, drive-bys, difficulty selection, racing, a subway system, taxis and sitting.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
1
Attachment An L-train was planned to be used as an interactive element in at least one multiplayer map. Scripting and a kill icon can still be found in the games code, however, none of the released maps feature a subway system, so it's unknown where this might have been used.

The script reveals that it would have been a 24-car train, causing rumble effects, moving at 1200 units/second every 100-200 seconds, shaking the screen of anybody standing nearby and killing anyone standing in its path.
Team Fortress 2
1
Attachment The weapon 'Blutsauger' has 2 unused, team-colored models for a syringe projectile. As it is not used, it instead uses the same projectile as the other Syringe Guns.
Minecraft
1
Attachment There are four unused paintings in the pocket edition. Information on who drew these paintings, and their purpose, is unknown.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom
1
Attachment An unfinished dessert-themed area can be found in the game's files and was presumably going to serve as Patrick's dream in the 'Spongebob's Dream' level before it was changed to a dark room. It has no skybox and contains a couple of early concept models for Tikis and other objects.
Spyro: Year of the Dragon
1
There's an area in 'Dino Mines' that can only be accessed using hacks/glitches, which is an empty arena with a platform in the middle. It was likely going to be used for a boss battle to obtain an egg, much like in Spooky Swamp.
Call of Duty: Black Ops
1
Attachment DLC maps can be found in the game's code on the disk. These are Berlin Wall, Hotel, Munich (later renamed as Stadium) Discovery and Golf Course (later named as Hazard).
Team Fortress 2
1
Attachment Inside the Virtual Viewfinder's model is a screen that reads "Game Over".
Team Fortress 2
1
Attachment There is an unused Kill Icon in the game that suggests the Taunt item 'Shred Alert' was once planned to be a Taunt Kill, meaning that players within it's radius would be killed, similar to the Pyro's Armageddon Taunt.
