Final Fight

Attachment Guy's name was originally spelled "Gay" in early development versions. As director Akira Nishitani put it, the development team wasn't "really aware of English spelling and pronunciation conventions." An unused graphic with the names "Gay, Haggar and Cody" can still be found in the game's code.
Champions of Norrath: Realms of EverQuest

Attachment As the female Erudite Wizard, if you remove all of her armor except for the top armor at the inventory screen, then unequip it and quickly tap SELECT to exit the screen to return to gameplay, there's a chance for her to appear completely topless for a brief second. The female Erudite Wizard appears to have an additional skin texture which the other classes do not seem to have.

Attachment An unused item in the game's code, the Bath Set, is an accessory that can be equipped. Equipping the item prior to entering the bath will cause the wearer to have an item display in front of them.

Call of Duty: Black Ops

Even though the Wunderwaffe DG-2 cannot be upgraded in Call of the Dead, the Wunderwaffe DG-2 JZ is still scripted into the game, and can be obtained with console commands. As a result of not being finished, it does not have a texture, and only appears white.
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale

Attachment Dart from Legend of Dragoon and Abe from Oddworld were both originally planned to be released as DLC characters, but were ultimately cancelled. Concept art was made for Dart, and Abe was announced as cancelled DLC for April and May. Alongside the new characters, there were plans for a Gravity Rush/Journey stage, but it was also cancelled.
U.B. Funkeys
1
Attachment When Nightmare Rift and Daydream Oasis were coming out, there was a cut Funkey by the name of Bandit. It is one of 8 Funkeys in the beginning of the game without a codex in the Terapinia Library. It did, however, have a picture. After the release of Daydream Oasis and Nightmare rift, it was cut for unknown reasons. Its codex picture can still be found in the files.
Wolfenstein 3D

Attachment There are unused CD labels in the games files, stored with the data for the CDs that are found during battles. It is likely that the CDs were originally intended to show these labels related to what would have been unlocked when collecting them.
LEGO Universe
1
There is a lot of cut content that never made it in to the game, due to its closure. Some of the more interesting cut content includes a Kingdoms World, which would have included Guilds, PvP, Mounts, Crafting, and Animal Transformations. Capture The Princess, a PvP mode that would have been added to the Kingdoms world, and would have been much like Capture the Flag, and Nexus City, a world that would have eventually surrounded Nexus Tower.
Grand Theft Auto 2
1
Attachment There is an unused sprite of a policeman talking in the game's files. In the game itself, dialogue parts spoken by cops are rare and use the generic "neutral character" face.
Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories
1
The PSG-1 reuses a beta model of the weapon found in the files of the PS2 version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
EarthBound

Attachment There are four unused sprites of King, which show him climbing a ladder or rope. This would suggest two things: either King was supposed to remain in the party longer, or Ness' original travels through Onett were supposed to include something to climb.
Animal Crossing
1
There are numerous unused items in the game's code, all of which can be accessed with cheats. These include:
• A blue fish, possibly used to test the fishing function.
• DUMMY, a glitch item appearing as a white triangle with Japanese text on it reading "ダミー", which translates to "DUMMY", hence the name. Once in an Igloo, you obtain the item in a similar way to other furniture. The animal might want to play a game where he or she will ask you to pick two cards. One card you have to buy something and one card you will get a free prize. The prize card may sometimes be a DUMMY card.
• A glowing yellow box that moves back and forth, can push the player around (sometimes making them float), and can modify the spread of Paper Airplanes.
• A tool labeled "Sickle", which makes the player function as if they had nothing in their hands. Strangely, it appears as a toolbox when dropped, a feature that only appeared in Wild World and New Leaf.
• An "Unknown Item" that appears in the player's inventory as a box with a question mark, and appears in homes as a clone of the DUMMY item.
• Paper Airplanes, which, if you place on the ground, walk off screen, and come back, will duplicate itself. Pressing the A button while on top of the paper airplane will make it disappear visibly, but will still exist in the system's memory. Letting the airplane multiply too much can crash the game.

Attachment Models for parts of a pinball machine can be found in the game's files. They use the default texture, and are too detailed and big just for a prop. It's likely that these models were used for a scrapped level taking place in a pinball machine.
