In Vegetable Valley's second level, there is an Easter egg room that can be accessed by moving away from the Warp Star until it disappears. The blocks are stacked to form 'HAL', referencing the game developer's name.

There's a hidden credit line in the ROMs of both Bubsy in Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind and the SNES version of Cool Spot which reads:
(C) 1992 Basement Boys Software

Basement Boys Software were a group famous for making hacking tools on the Commodore 64 in the late 80s, who had some members go on to Chip Level Designs, a company that used to provide sound programming for a number of SNES titles.

Pausing the game and entering "Y A B B A Y A B" on the SNES version will give a bizarre secret screen dedicated to Nick Jones, one of the game's programmers, telling him that "this is the old cheat code".

Attachment There is a hidden room with the words "Created by Warren Robinett" written vertically down the screen. For years, this was thought to be the first Easter egg ever inserted into a game, until an earlier Easter egg was discovered in the 1973 DEC computer game Moonlander.
Donkey Kong

Attachment In the Atari 400/800 port of Donkey Kong, you can view the programmer's initials (LMD) if you do the following:
• Play a game and set a highscore of x37 xxx, x73 xxx or x77 xxx
• Get a game over, with your last death being a long fall
• Set the difficulty to 4 by pressing Option three times
• Wait through the demo screen until the initials appear
This was not discovered until 26 years after the game was released, a year after LMD announced its existence.
Final Fantasy VII

Attachment There is a hidden "Red Man" in the Corel Prison. The model is hidden from view in normal gameplay. There are no other models like this in the game, and it is thought to be a signature from one of the designers.
Secret of Mana

Attachment When on a screen with your weapon drawn, holding the A and L buttons, and while doing this pressing the R button 39 times, releasing the A and L buttons and pressing R once more will cause the letters "NAS" to appear where the recharge percentage is normally displayed. This is most likely an Easter egg hidden by the Iranian-American programmer, Nasir Gebelli, who worked for Square on the first 3 Final Fantasy titles and Secret of Mana.
BioShock Infinite

Attachment In the cemetery containing Lady Comstock's mausoleum, explore the gravestones to the left of the entrance to her body. One of the graves, the only grave with legible hand-writing, says "SNIGHT" in bold letters. This is the personal signature of Mike Snight, one of the game's environment designers.
Batman: Arkham City

Inside the Gotham City Police Department building is a list of recently arrested people. The names are: Joshua Dahdrai, David Tyndale, David Higgins, Jigar Patel, Noel Chamberlain, and Johnny Armstrong.

All of these people are actually developers of Rocksteady Studios.

Attachment After losing your last life, pressing Down+Left and A+B before the game over screen will make a message pop-up, saying "Rob Loves Sandy". This was likely added in by Rob Harris, one of the game's programmers.
Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories

Attachment In the parking lot behind the Liberty Tree building in Bedford Point, there is a hidden sign, showing a handwritten message and Rockstar Leeds' signature smiley. The PlayStation Portable version says: "Hello again!", while the PlayStation 2 version says "You just can't get enough of this alley, can you?". The sign can be found by jumping over the walls around the lot using a tall vehicle.
Star Wars: Flight of the Falcon

Attachment Pausing the game, and then holding down L + R and pressing "Up, Right, A, Start, A, Down, A, Start, Start" (Which spells out "U R A SAD ASS") will cause the game to automatically unpause. Pausing the game again and quiting back to the main menu, going into the password screen and entering F4C3 will reveal a hidden menu, allowing the player to browse through various portraits of developers of the game.

Attachment By copying the baseset/opentitle.dat file to the saves folder and changing its extension to .sav, it's possible to load the map on the title screen. Scrolling down reveals a hidden credit by the author, made out of islands.
Maya the Bee: The Great Adventure

Attachment During the opening logos, holding both the L and R buttons will change the Shin'en logo to an Abyss logo, along with the credits referencing Abyss instead of Shin'en and the developers using pseudonyms. This is because Shin'en is comprised of members from the demoscene group 'Abyss'.
