Attempting to cheat by typing sv_cheats 1 into the developer console instead results in Stanley being teleported to the serious room for punishment. There is no way out of the serious room and thus can be considered a secret ending.

Typing "hideous" in the game's console brings up the Team Fortress Wiki webpage for the Team Fortress 2 cosmetic "Western Wear". Hideous is the username of the creator of the Western Wear, as well as one of the developers of The Stanley Parable.

After completing the game once, 5 computers (The last being in Stanley's Office) will now ask to enter an input. Pressing all of them will result in Stanley being teleported to a white void with many colorful buttons where the Narrator will say "Welcome Stanley, to Heaven". There's a religious chant heard in the background and the only way to escape is for the player to reset the game.

At the beginning of the game, while the the narrator is telling the player to go to the meeting room, it is possible to look through a window and see an unnamed man walking down a hallway, if the player moves quickly. It is unknown who this man is, but it is believed to be either a fellow co-worker, or Stanley himself.

At any point during the game, typing "Facepunch" will turn all of the textures in game into a drawing of a red smiling face. This drawing is the logo for the website Facepunch, where the developer Galactic Cafe announced the game.

Continuing to play the Baby Game will provide commentary at dispersed intervals. During the 4 hours, the Narrator will unveil an extra button that must also be pressed in order to save a puppy from being lowered into a pool of puppy-eating piranhas.

Taking a certain path through the game will have the narrator place Stanley into a different game in which Stanley must click a button in order to stop a baby hitting a wall of fire for 4 hours. Failing the game will Spoiler:make the narrator place Stanley into two different games to try to appeal to him. These two games are Minecraft and Portal.

A special version of the demo was made for the online channel Revision3 and shown on Rev3Games. This version features the narrator acknowledging the show's hosts Adam and Anthony, a reference to their River Dance audition tapes, and a part of the game for Adam to apologize to Anthony.

A special demonstration version was given to be played on the online video game series Steam Train, a spin-off of the show Game Grumps. In this version, the narrator acknowledges the show's hosts Danny and Ross for playing it, allows them a moment to apologize to the audience and even blames the hosts for causing problems in the game by also quoting one of the lines from the show, "God dammit Ross".
