Jet Force Gemini

Beating the high scores on the two "Jeff & Barry Racing" games (30 seconds for the first, 40 on the other) will unlock a track for multiplayer mode. The track is that of Greenwood Village from Diddy Kong Racing, which Paul Mountain, the lead programmer, had previously worked on before this game.
Company: FromSoftware
1
Ever since the first King's Field game, From Software has included a weapon called the Moonlight Sword in many of their game titles. The structure of both its exact name and appearance varies from title to title, but it has appeared in many of their games, including King's Field, Armored Core, Demon's and Dark Souls, and 3D Dot Game Heroes. They even named an RPG making program for PC based on King's Field called "Sword of Moonlight: King's Field Making Tool".
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
1
There is a way to kill The End before you even fight him. If you swim to a hiding place across from the Ponizovje Warehouse, you are in a perfect spot to snipe him. If you do kill him this way, Zero and the other support team members will congratulate you for killing him, although Snake will express disappointment in killing him in the manner that he did, as was hoping that he'd actually face him in battle. If you do this in the HD Collection, you will get an achievement called "The Early End."
Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories
1
Attachment You can play as Axel, Fubuki and Prinny Kurtis, but only in the Land of Carnage after beating certain episodes.
Disgaea DS
1
Pleinair, the Dark Assembly keeper, is playable in the DS version of Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. You can recruit her after beating the game once and in New Game+ choosing the blank option when talking to her.
Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories
1
Defeating Laharl in the battle against him during the story mode, before he breaks Rozalin's seal, awards you with a special cutscene and actually ends your game.
Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories
1
Attachment You can unlock alternate "dark" versions of the mission maps in Disgaea 2. To do this you have to find the 5 hidden switches from Holt Village, after which a message saying "A dark shadow looms over Holt Village" appears. You are then given the option to battle the dimension guide's shadow version. Defeat her and she will act as your guide to the Dark World.
Snatcher
1
The initial versions of Snatcher on the MSX2 and PC-88 ended on Act 2. The developers originally planned to add Act 3 found in the later ports, but they had already went over the planned development time.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations
1
Attachment In Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations, if you enter Free Battle mode, select "Versus Battle", select the "1P vs. 2P" option, complete one match with supports, go back to the Free Battle mode selection screen, select Training mode, press B (or circle for PS3) on a support-only slot, you will be able to play as them. They have no Awakenings, B (or circle) combos, or voices and can only use their normal jutsu, powered chakra shurikens, normal dash, guarding, and normal walking. Attempting to do a side ninja dash (Left or Right on the Analog Stick and double A or X) will lock up your player unless you press your D-pad either left or right. Even though they are in an unplayable state, it suggests that all of the support-only characters were going to be fully playable since under normal circumstances support-only characters don't use their walking animations.
Demon's Souls
1
Though difficult, it is possible to defeat the Vanguard at the end of the tutorial stage. Doing so will lead the player to a room within the Dragon God's lair in the Stonefang Mine, where several Grasses and Stones lay as a reward. However, after going as far as they can a cutscene ensues where the Dragon God kills the player in one blow, setting in motion the events that would have happened by dying at the Vanguard's hands instead.
Secret of Evermore
1
Attachment If the player waits for several minutes after "THE END" appears in the credits, an additional scene is shown wherein Professor Ruffleburg approaches a docile Carltron and says, "That's a good robot, Carltron. Dust, dust. Clean, clean. And no more plans for world domination, OK? Good." After Professor Ruffleburg leaves, Carltron turns to the camera with an evil grin. This is followed with a teasing, "THE END?"
Kid Icarus: Uprising
1
After the final credits of the game, if the player waits on the "THE END" screen for more than 5 minutes, Hades will have a special speech where he threatens to delete the player's save file and encourages the player to replay the chapters.
Collection: Mana
1
Attachment Shadow Zero is a character that has appeared in all of the Seiken Densetsu games. In Final Fantasy Adventure, they were common enemies that upon touching the player would blind them. In Secret of Mana, they appeared in treasure chests rarely and did nothing. They also randomly appeared when casting a lvl. 8:99 Evil Gate spell when they would storm the screen with one lagging behind the pack. In Seiken Densetsu 3, Shadow Zeros only appear in the Mana Holyland and once its HP drops to 75% it shape shifts into one of your characters. In Legend of Mana, a Shadow Zero can be obtained as a pet which protects your from blindness and offers a mini-game in the pub in Domina. A special kind of Shadow Zero can be fought called "Shadow Zero-One" as a mini-boss which shape-shifts into your character.
Borderlands 2
1
Attachment An enemy that can randomly spawn in the Eridium Blight map is called Donkey Mong, an obvious reference to the Nintendo character "Donkey Kong". Not only is his name just a simple letter replacement, but he attacks the player by throwing barrels, similar to Donkey Kong's first title. Upon killing Donkey Mong, the player will earn the achievement "Definitely An Italian Plumber", a reference to the Mario series, also by Nintendo, as well as an achievement in the first Borderlands, "My Brother is an Italian Plumber".
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
1
M'Aiq the Liar is a Khajiit rogue who can be found on a small island southeast of Dagon Fel in the Sheogorad Region. He is an Easter egg, and much of his dialogue refers to many requested or anticipated features of Morrowind which were not included in the final release of the game. He also mentions another easter egg, the Mudcrab Merchant. He is encountered again in Oblivion and Skyrim with similarly-themed dialogue.
Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy
1
Attachment When Tidus completes "Chasm of the Rotting Earth", some of his moves that use a Blitzball will be replaced by a Moogle ball. Performing a Jecht Shot will have it's power increased.
Dark Souls
1
Though ill-advised for an inexperienced player, a surprising number of boss fights are optional. Certain fights, such as the Taurus and Capra demons in the Undead Burg, can be bypassed by choosing the Thief class or choosing a Master Key as your Gift when building a character. Some are simply well-hidden, like the Stray Demon, Crossbreed Priscilla (who does not even start out hostile), and Dark Sun Gwyndolin. The Demon Firesage and Centipede Demon can be bypassed by being a high-ranked member of the Chaos Servant Covenant, and finally, perhaps the most difficult to bypass of all, the Ceaseless Discharge can be avoided by having enough vitality, healing, fire protection and speed to run across the molten lava he produces in the Demon Ruins.
Fallout 3
1
Attachment A small, playable text adventure called 'Reign of Grelock' can be accessed from a terminal in Hubris Comics.
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
