Link of the Hermit with a character who's screen name is "Maya". The name Maya is the name of one of the main characters in "Persona 2: Innocent Sin", as well as the protagonist in the follow up game "Persona 2: Eternal Punishment". The protagonist also has the screen name of "Tatsuya", referencing the protagonist of "Innocent Sin".

A secret room was placed within the warden's office, which was filled with concept work and initial ideas. The room remained hidden for six months following the game's release until Rocksteady themselves revealed that it was in the game.

Attachment The Famicom Disk System version of Super Mario Bros. also contains World 0-1 but it is a full-fledged world with complete programming.

• 0-1 is a differently-textured version of 1-3, though it takes place underwater (even though there is no visible water and features bizarre elements, such as floating Princess Toadstools and floating, headless Bowsers).

• 0-2 is a carbon copy of 7-3.

• 0-3 is a copy of 4-4 that lacks its False Bowser and maze-like elements, features a different color palate (i.e. blue lava), and floating bloopers that can be stomped for 1000 points.

After beating 0-3, the player is taken back to the title screen (with the activation of hard mode upon starting the game), as if they had beaten the game.

The first 3 games in this series were released on the GBA, only in Japan. When the first game was ported to the Nintendo DS, a new case was added. This case caused a continuity error in the second game, when the original last case of the first game was said to be Edgeworth's last case. This was corrected in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, which updated some of the lines of dialogue to fit the new case into the series timeline. Specifically:

• "(But after "that" case was over...)" became "(But a little after "that" case was over...)"
• "After that case, Edgeworth was in a peculiar state, and he got worse everyday." became "Edgeworth was never quite the same after that case, and then, with the case after that one..."
• "That was one year ago. It was right after you left to go back home." became "That was one year ago. It was a few months after you left to go back home."

There is a mission in which you must purify a coffin that contains "Shademan." During the fight, Django will work with Mega Man to defeat Shademan.

Shademan's final words are:
"Once more... I...! ...Don't think... ...that I will disappear... ... in THIS world...! And again... back... ...to the... ...the Cyberworld...!

Unfortunately, due to poor sales, the side mission in Mega Man Battle Network 6 that goes along with this side story was removed completely, but was available in the Japanese version "Rockman.EXE 6."

The Counterstrike expansion pack added secret missions to the game that were called "It Came From Red Alert". The missions feature giant ants as the enemy. You can unlock this game mode in the PC version by holding shift and clicking the speaker in the upper right corner of the title screen. The game mode is also present in the collected version Red Alert: Retaliation but in the console ports you had to unlock the missions by beating the game.

There is a secret level that can be reached from the Asteroid Field in Level 3. Getting there requires destroying the second of two large asteroids and then flying straight into the bird that appears. Doing so results in being transported to "Out of this Dimension" where the background is warped, the enemies appear to be floating pieces of paper, and the boss is a giant slot machine. Once defeated by getting three 7s, the end credits roll and the player is stuck in this level until the game is reset.

It appears that originally the player could recruit Thane, Tali, Samara or Legion a lot earlier in the game; possibly directly after the prologue like Miranda and Jacob. By using an editor tool to unlock them from the beginning of the game, players will discover that the four have extensive dialogue for virtually every mission in the game, including missions which must be complete before their official recruitment missions. Furthermore, there are some unique scenes should the player bring Legion in particular along onto certain missions, such as characters commenting on his presence.

Legion's presence also triggers an exclusive Paragon Interrupt during Tali's recruitment mission. Upon meeting Tali, she will notice Legion and immediately draw her gun, triggering a Paragon Interrupt prompt. If the player doesn't press it, she will open fire at Legion who will run for cover.

Right after the fight with Curly Brace, you can go into her room. In there, you can find a secret tunnel. At the end, you will find an item called "Curly's Underwear." This item is a joke item, as it has no use and cannot be removed from your inventory.

In the Plus versions of the game, finding this hidden item unlocks "Curly Story".
