WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011

Hurricane Helms appears many times in the game, though is not a playable character. In Christian's RTWM, you can have a foot race with him, while in Rey Mysterio's RTWM, you can have a secret match with him by filling his conditions. He's a selectable NPC for Create a Story, and his entrance/moveset are also available in Create a Superstar mode.
