In the "Scotland the Brave" mission there is an organ in the room before the castle tank boss that can be interacted with to play different tunes. One of these tunes is the theme from the Anaconda minigame in TimeSplitters 2.

Early screenshots show Cortez originally had different default attire. He wore a white shirt rather than his grey armor. He can even be seen wearing this holding a machine gun on the back of the truck in the Scotland the Brave mission on the back of the game's box.
