There are six unused announcer calls for Maven, Kenzo Suzuki, and Mr. America (Hulk Hogan). It's likely they were all meant to be playable characters during development, but it's unknown as to why they were removed. It's unlikely that this was due to their contracts expiring during development, as the game includes several characters on the roster whose contracts expired during development, such as Spike Dudley, Mark Jindrak, and Joy Giovanni.
