Through hacking, Victini can be made playable in the main storyline. Though it lacks a sleeping animation (Victini will seem to jump between laying down and standing up for the duration of its "sleep"), it has a full move set and range of animations. It was possibly cut from the game's playable roster due to the power of the move Searing Shot, and later re-added as the Victini seen at the V-Wheel in later stages of development.
