Promotional artwork for the game features the Golden Pear and Golden Bananas from the original Pac-Man World 2. However, the game itself changed these to the Golden Orange and Golden Melon respectively, likely to be more in-line with the Bonus Fruit order in the original Pac-Man arcade game.

I imagine this had something to do with AtGames. Pears and bananas were fruit in Ms. Pac-Man
