In the PlayStation Portable version of Pac-Man World 3, cutscenes are FMV files rather than being rendered in-engine like on prior home console releases. Additionally, the cutscenes' subtitles are baked into the FMV clips, resulting in every scene featuring two different copies in the game's data: one with subtitles and one without. Oddly, the two versions appear to be sourced from different versions of the game, likely in error. The non-subtitled versions appear to come from the PlayStation 2 release (distinguished by Pinky's eyes being black instead of gray), while the subtitled ones are likely taken from the Xbox edition (distinguished by the absence of certain visual effects).
