Sonic Advance
1
Casino Paradise Zone holds a few little nods to both previous games in the series and the real world. There is a welcome sign in the beginning of the level, which might be a reference to the Sonic the Hedgehog prototype and its welcome sign in Green Hill Zone. A platform resembling the "Barrel of Doom" from Sonic the Hedgehog 3's Carnival Night Zone is also present, and the background bears a strong resemblance to Walt Disney World Resort's Magic Kingdom at night.
Mass Effect 2
1
On the Citadel, the player can interract with a vending machine that dispenses a popular soft drink named Tupari. When interracted with, the machine will play a number of slogans promoting Tupari, one of which is "Tupari brings your ancestors back from the grave!"

This appears to be a reference to a popular advertising urban legend regarding the real life soft drink Pepsi, in which its Pepsi Generation slogan "Come alive! You're in the Pepsi Generation!" was supposedly misinterpreted in Chinese (or other Asian languages) as "Pepsi brings your ancestors back from the grave."

The poster is a reference to the Dreamworks animated movie and TV series Kung Fu Panda. Also, Lakitu's Kung Fu pose was originally seen in another Mario Kart 8 course, Dragon Driftway, which is what's implied on the top of the poster.
Super Paper Mario

In Stage 5-1 of God Hand, Gene encounters a drowning man being teased by three enemies throwing Life Preservers at him. If the player defeats these enemies there will be a cutscene where Gene will save the drowning man.

However, if the player decides not to save him or engage the enemies, the drowning man will say "I won't be back" and put his thumb up as he sinks parodying Terminator 2's ending as well as the catchphrase "I'll be back" which the films created.

Attachment There are "Burger Kong" ads throughout Raccoon City. This is a reference to Burger King, and seems to be based on the logo used between 1994 and 1999.
Changing the word "king" to "kong" is also a more subtle reference to King Kong.

Attachment The game has the record for having the longest title for a video game. The game's full title is:

"夏色ハイスクール★青春白書 ~転校初日のオレが幼馴染と再会したら報道部員にされていて激写少年の日々スクープ大連発でイガイとモテモテなのに何故かマイメモリーがパンツ写真ばっかりという電実と向き合いながら考えるひと夏の島の学園生活と赤裸々な恋の行方。~"

Which roughly translates to:

"Summer-Colored High School ★ Adolescent Record - A Summer At School On An Island Where I Contemplate How The First Day After I Transferred, I Ran Into A Childhood Friend And Was Forced To Join The Journalism Club Where While My Days As A Paparazzi Kid With Great Scoops Made Me Rather Popular Among The Girls, But Strangely My Camera Is Full Of Panty Shots, And Where My Candid Romance Is Going."

It's possible this was intended as a joke by the game's publisher, D3 Publisher, in reference to the trend of light novels, manga, and anime having rather long titles.
Mass Effect 2

In Kasumi's DLC mission, the player at one point infiltrates Donovan Hock's vault, filled with various works of art. One particular piece is the head of the Statue of Liberty.
