YouTuber Sarvéproductions, a recurring contributor to the video game music parody YouTube channel SiIvaGunner, was invited to compose music for the Super Smash Bros. Melee mod The Akaneia Build based on a "high quality rip" he made for the channel in April 2020. It was a rearranged version of the theme to the Sonic the Hedgehog stage Green Hill Zone in the style of Melee's soundtrack, with the melody at one point being switched out with "Forget You", the clean version of the song "Fuck You" by CeeLo Green. No alternate version of the song without the joke was initially provided, but when Sarvé was hired for The Akaneia Build, he created a version with the original Green Hill Zone melody (alongside interpolations of the Staff Roll theme) for the mod.
